Would be helpful to have the person working on the job to scope the job prior to coming so there are no surprises regarding what is expected. The consultants don't always see that the expert sees.

The estimator quoted me for the job and I was satisfied with the price. When the gentleman came to do the actual work he said it couldn t be performed and just caulked over top of everything. I was quoted for a regrout and instead got 4-6 beads of caulk, and the caulk isn t even the same width as what s in the rest of the shower. It looks awful and I ll end up paying someone else to come and fix it. I do not recommend this company.

Unsatisfactory explanation of the bill which was higher than their estimate. The amount charged for Materials ($50 for what appears to be a single 8 foot pressure treated Deck board ) Never received the detailed invoice I had requested.

Pronto did what they said they would do when they said they would, and for the negotiated price. The work was timely and neat.

I had this company fix a kitchen sink that was loose in the island countertop (poor construction by the home builder). They also installed some nails in concrete so that I could decorate my front porch for holidays. Finally they repaired a towel rack in my master bath that would not hold heavy towels (builder, once again, hum . . .). The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. The towel rack gave him fits! He persisted and I am delighted with the results on all the projects. I have referred this company to others.

Hired them to correct items on inspection list for sale of residence. One repair didn't last but they did send someone out to repair again.

Technician arrived on time, friendly, job done expeditiously. Would retain them again when needed in the future.

They are scammers. I was charged a very high amount and the company did do the job the way it was quoted.

Good work, great service. However, the didn't re-hang door as the frame was not level. I was still charged for the original quote that included this. They did some work to the strike plate so that both doors closed properly, but I'm unsure that this work equaled the original work quote..
