If you like confusion and poor communications, then this is who you want to hire. If your time is not valuable, then hire these folks. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company for home repair projects.

My small job required a certain skill level to seamlessly blend the old and new woodwork. Their finish carpenter did an amazing job.

Several issues with Pronto. Showed up a day earlier than approved to begin work, left 4 times to buy materials delaying the job. Skipped 3 business days before returning to complete the job and left job site without cleaning up and repairing their own damage.

Provided quality service. Prompt, professional and excellent results.

They weren't the cheapest, but they did quality work. We were very happy with the final outcome.

All jobs done were overcharged replaced 2 fans, installed 1 fan, new kitchen faucet, repaired washer dryer connection, put up new mailbox All cost well over $4,000.00. They did not complete other Jobs, bad yard work was done. Accounting computer software office problems.

the project manager came out a quoted the project. A pronto Pro was assigned, came out and looked over the work, started and finished the work. Caulked, put primer and two coats of paint on the chimney and did a great job.

They did not finish the job in the way they agreed to.

Very responsive, quick scheduling, good work quality. Would use them again for future needs.

Great communicators. Gentleman that answers the phone, Christian, goes over the top for you. Pedro was great at keeping me advised. Knew what was happening all the time. Important since I was not in town for the work. Plan using Pronto again.

We used them when we were preparing our home to be put on the market for a move... they did everything we asked for, on time, cleaned up after all the repairs and I would definitely recommend and use them again if I still lived in Georgia. They were wonderful!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. Used a magnet to find any loose nails. Our pergola is so much more functional, pleasing and they checked to insure the water does not leak thru. Carmine and Jeff are THE best, and I have already personally recommended them to our friends and neighbors!

The provider was very responsive, but their minimum rate seemed very high. I was able to negotiate an acceptable price. When the handyman arrived he didn't have the right drill bit size, so he went to Home Depot. He ended up getting the wrong one and luckily I had the right size in my tool kit. The job was done, but I wondered If I should have just done it myself.

They went over and beyond to meet my expectations. Due to Covid a lot of the supplies are very hard to find and instead of just telling me it was going to be several weeks they searched many places and weâ re very creative to help me meet my deadline

Great experience with the team. My fence is old, I didnâ t want to spend a lot but needed to repair it to keep it from getting worse. They worked within my budget and Iâ m completely satisfied.

Larry came first to give the estimate for the project and his quote included all the details with pictures which was awesome!! That made me choose Pronto even though they were priced higher!! They were on time and communicated clearly about their schedule as well. Again, that was good too. Victor did the actual work and he did a great job. However, I had this one issue with them. An estimate range was given for the cost of the materials in the quote. When they finished the project, the materials cost ended up higher than what was given in the estimate. The project was simple in terms of what materials were needed and so it should have been a very simple straightforward calculation. They came up with different receipts in a somewhat random manner. First of all, we were given a wide range for the materials cost and at the end, the actual costs fell outside the range on the higher side. Considering the project that they did, they should have happily written off the extra cost. The difference in the extra amount was insignificant when compared to the total cost of the project. However, that did not happen and for all my concerns, Larry was just texting back without really trying to address my concerns!! This left a bad impression and experience at the end.
