Someone came out and gave me a quote of approximately $600.00 for labor and materials. I only needed the equivalent of 5 long boards (16ft boards) but I was charged for 9 because of some mix up. When I agreed to hire them, I was told they'd take away the debris. That didn't happen and the job cost me almost $900.00 even though I was told they'd credit me with the $100 credit they'd charged to my card the previous day! That didn't happen either! So, my Amex is currently reflecting charges totaling $964.49 over the two transactions! While I was on the phone complaining about the lack of transparency in their billing, I heard my power washer firing up! I went down into my garage and saw that their worker had helped himself to my tools and was washing the nails and debris from the deck overhead out into the street. I stopped him and asked what he thought he was doing!! I couldn't believe my eyes! This guy did good work, but he, like this company lack customer skills. This company intentionally engages in double speak and circular logic and deliberately fails to inform their prospective customers of the true charges they are about to incur and they stick it to you in the end. Home Advisor would be well served to drop them!

Business plan is solid. Set price for Labor +materials.

By far the worst customer service. Zachary came out 2 days ago for the estimate. I needed my grout replaced in my tub/shower area due to leaking issues downstairs. Scheduled someone to come out this afternoon. Bear in mind I was told that my shower area needed to dry out completely...no shower use for the next 2 days. Two days later...today...hours before my time window began...get a call...guy has car trouble...can we reschedule for another day? I said no...I have already waited 2 days...I need someone here today or a refund of my deposit. Did not return my call...only found out I had been refunded when I called the company number. Manager Sebastian said they could reschedule for Saturday...2 days later. That would be FOUR days waiting for the Job and another THREE days for the grout to cure BEFORE I could use my shower. I think this speaks for itself...buyer beware...

The first person did not meet my expectations but after I spoke with management they sent another person who agreed the job was not completed appropriately and he finished the job to my satisfaction without any additional cost.

The man who came to quote the job gave us wrong information He then gave that wrong info to the man who was actually going to do the job. After having a 3 hour window for their appointment - he was late and was unable to do the job that day. That was on a Friday afternoon. No one called me to reschedule - so I called them on Tuesday to reschedule. (They had my $50 deposit.) The actual work was very good - customer service - not good at all.

I would not use them again.

They called within 30mins of creating the project on HomeAdvisor. The estimator came out the next day and the pro came out the following week. The workmanship is good and he cleaned up afterwards. He even cut the old wood up and bagged it to make it more easily disposable. I appreciated that.

The work was excellent. Workman arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, had appropriate tools for the job. Excellent company.

fence repair was not done correctly and had to request for repair to be redone and corrected. nails were too long and installer had to hit them with a hammer to correct the issue. One wood post was set crooked and the horizontal wood members were not flushed with post.
