I had several areas of rotten wood to be repaired around the house. We had a rough start due to rain impeding our schedule, but pro did a very good job and worked late to get things done for us on timeline needed.

My first appointment got rescheduled because I didn't hear my phone ring. My second appointment was rescheduled due to inclement weather. On the third appointment Oliver installed 2 doors in pouring rain and cold weather. He was very diligent in making sure the doors were installed level. He ran into a few difficulties due to the age of my house. He stayed late until the job was completed. He was very friendly and it was a pleasure to have him do the job.The communication wasn't the best with the office. On the first appointment I didn't hear my phone ring and I didn't receive a voicemail message or a text message. So, the appointment was rescheduled. This was done through an email not a phone call or text message. I called the office and left a not so nice voicemail. After seeing that I had received 2 phone calls around the time of my appointment I sent an email apology. Later I spoke with someone at the office and explained that email messages just don't work for me. I guess they didn't take the hint as they continued to communicate through email. Oliver, the installer, did however communicate through text messages. I can't say enough good things about Oliver. Overall, I am satisfied with the job. Communication could have been better and I would have expected that they would have disposed of the old doors, but that might not be included in the job.

Tree fell in a storm knocking out one of the panels of our 6' wooden privacy fence. They use SMS effectively to schedule and communicate. Someone comes to estimate, then schedule; repair occurs later. Price was a bit on the high side and they don't negotiate, but was offset by their customer service and very good quality of work. Guy worked in the pouring rain. Fence is level and secure!

First, I hired another company to perform the same job. they were very slow. Pronto did more work in less time than the other company

I received a prompt text and follow up call regarding a small drywall repair project at my house. A gentleman called me and was very nice and courteous on the phone. We set up an in home estimate for the job the next day. An estimator came in and took photos and notes about the project and quoted me $450 for the job, which was somewhat reasonable for the small half day job. We set up and agreed on the terms and left with a $50 deposit. The next day as they were on the way to my house to do job, the estimator called me to tell me that he under valued the job and it was going to be an additional $150. That honestly felt like a last minute up charge rather than an honest mistake. He is the one that the company trust to give the estimates and it s his sole job.. How do you fail by 25% to give the correct estimate for a job? So needless to say I canceled the job with them after that short conversation. I had high hopes and was ready to have Pronto do the job.. But they failed miserabley to try ND retain a customer who had already signed up for the job.

Tony H was excellent. I had him fix rotted soffit on the second story. He found some additional rot on trim and facia which he fixed as well. Unfortunately he found a wasp nest but we managed to get rid of them as well. Looks great. Beside and ask for Tony H.
