Super nice guy and they did a fine job installing the door itself; it works fine. However....after they left I had to come back and do all of the caulking on the outside to seal it against weather and rain - including around the trim, the nail holes, etc. and fill the gap between the stud and the door frame. I used a spay foam for that. Seems like for the price, the job should have been done completely.

They were to be there between 8 and 9 and the carpenter was there right at 8 There was the door to be removed and replaced along with two other smaller projects, he was done by noon and cleaned up after the work. No complaints.

It is a rental house. Tenants said issue was not resolved. Company seemed friendly, but getting the work done is key. That apparently did not happen.
