Pronto was excellent they quoted a fair price and the quality of work was excellent.

the handyman was on-time. communicated what he was doing. his work was outstanding and the owner of the company called to confirm the work was done to our satisfaction.

This company was great. With quality was terrific. Definitely recommend. Probably not the cheapest around but clear on prices and definitely prompt accurate repairs

After the guy put the three screw in my door, the lady from the main office call back and told me that i owe $185.00 and the method of payment was credit card only, why would a company charge you that much money for three screw or better yet why would they charge you at all for three screw. I will not referral them to anyone that i know.

I don't really like the quote on the phone being the final quote. My job turned out to be much simpler than I anticipated and didn't take very long to complete. The price ended up being high for what was done

The repair guy gave me after care advice for the door.

I rate them as 5 stars because the technician looked at the job and told me I did not need to have the stop cut out and replaced. He noted that the spot was dry, asked me when I first noticed it and if it had gotten any worse.... He said a simple Kilz application followed by painting the ceiling would take care of the problem. He saved me a lot of money. So instead of doing that job, I went through my check list of projects and I had him do another job from my list. I appreciate honesty and I realized it cost the company something to send him out, so if I could have him do another job on my list, we all would win. He did a nice job in replacing two toilets I wanted to upgrade to low flow...
