I had called morgan plumbing and American Service Specialists. American Service was going to charge to come out for an estimate. Morgans was very expensive, and would knock my wall out. Plumbing Express came out and have an estimate. They were professional with great service. Their price was exceptional! I would highly recommend them!!!

The water line from meter to house sprung a leak. We called Plumbing Express and they came out the next morning and fixed it. Cost was reasonable and Jim was great. Had it all done in a few hours and yard was left in good condition considering the trenching they did. I would highly recommend Plumbing Express!

Will Smith was one of the best I've seen. He was able to solve a few problems that occurred because I was replacing an existing sink and the new holes did not line up quite right. He did not stop until everything was right. I would hire him again and will if I have anymore plumbing issues

Within 1 hour of my request for service, I had someone at my house to look at my sewer pipe break. I got to see the inside of my sewer and the break with his camera which was cool to see, although the break was not. Within a couple days, the job was complete. They left everything clean and we are back using our water again.

When they called we discussed price; when the plumber showed up and did the work, the price increased by $100. He removed and installed two faucets, and changed me $300 for about 45 minutes of work.

They arrived on time. They were polite and finished fast. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was fair.

I maya be out of touch with service call fees, but I was floored with the cost of a minor repair (10 minutes top) to a sink in our office. We were not informed of the trip charge beforehand and I had gotten a free estimate from them before for another project. We needed a piece to tighten the pipe to our sink that had slipped off the connecting pipe. However, when the service tech left, we now have a dripping faucet that we didn't have before. Either the tech didn't really check for other issues or we didn't foresee additional issues. However, I probably won't use them again.

Jim was great. I was in the middle of a family death and the work was being done at a rental property. I missed their call when he was on site the first time. He was kind enough to go back out and finish the job. Their pricing was more than fair.
