They were amazing!! Their quote was their word and it's the first time a carpet company has ever showed up and charged me EXACTLY what they quoted over the phone. Their work was also impeccable! They got out stains that I thought for sure would not come out. They also answer my after hours call about how to get a red Jello Powder stain out of my carpet withouth making it worse. I can't rave enough about their service!!

Two people arrived within the 2 hour window confirmed the night before. Robert surveyed the areas we wanted cleaned, counting the rooms and looking for any special problems which might need special treatment. He then gave me the firm estimate, and they set to work. Furniture was moved as necessary to clean thoroughly and propped up on either small plastic squares or hard foam blocks (for heavier pieces). Scotchgarding was used where requested. This is a family business which I have used before. Robert, a family member new to me, was highly professional, courteous, and efficient. These are skilled, honest people who take pride in their work.

Will and Robert called 30 minutes prior to arriving as they said they would. When they arrived, they surveyed the entire house and started working right away. Although the carpet was not extremely dirty there was a visible difference in the carpets when they were done. They answered all of my questions and were very courteous. I thought they did a great job!

They were able to get out all of the stains and they also put a large fan in the living room to help dry the floors. They were very respectful of my home. They showed up as scheduled and finished when they said they would.

I was very pleased with how the work was done. It was not perfect, but the price was great and I was treated with respect. I felt that the money I spent with them was worth it.

These guys are great! Really, they are! I used another company that was terrible and finally got in touch with Platinum Carpet Systems to re-do the job. What I liked is that they give you a straight price and guarantee that your carpets are clean to your satisfaction. All the other carpet cleaners that I have dealt with over the years run ads for $99, for example, to clean your whole house and when you get them there they add and add and add "special services" based on your situation. These guys just give you the price and take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone. The price they quoted was right on and the house was SPOTLESS; no additional charges for "deep cleaning" or "extra chemicals". The only complaint is about the Scotchgard treatment...that stuff just doesn't work...don't get it...ever. In fairness, they said it would help, but said it was not a magic solution and they didn't give me a high pressure pitch about it. MY husband wanted it...now he knows better.

My carpets had not been cleaned professionally in 7 years because my last experience with another service was not good. I had tried do-it-yourself machines and thought I made a good investment, but no, Will came out to do the job himself and did far better than I could have ever done, and in so much less time. I was amazed how much dirt was coming out. He answered questions I had, gave suggestions on how to care for carpets between cleanings. Carpets were dry by end of next day, maybe a little longer than I hoped, but it was not a problem, and I'm not sure what is standard drying times. Ramona, who took my call, was professional and got me scheduled quickly. Over a month later, and my carpets are still quite clean (considering two young kids and their messes). Overall, a great experience.

He arrived at 10:30, in which I had been given a window between 10:00 and 12:00. He came in and explained process and I showed him problem areas. Once finished he gave me info on carpet cleaning supplies. Carpet looked good as new given the fact it was heavily soiled. He was extremely professional and I will use them again!

PLATINUM CARPET SYSTEMS WAS GREAT FROM THE FIRST CALL I MADE. RAMONA ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAD BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOREVER. WILL ARRIVED EARLY AND WAS VERY PLEASANT. HE WALKED WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE HOME WHERE I POINTED OUT SOME OF THE REALLY BAD STAINS. HE WROTE UP THE INVOICE AND WENT OVER IT WITH ME TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK BEFORE HE STARTED CLEANING. I WAS REALLY, REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK AND THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT AND SMELLED NICE AND FRESH. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I WILL REFER THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW!
