Excellent! Doug was recommended by a high end contemporary furniture business in Atlanta. He knew the table as he does delivery work for their business as well. The table in itself is a piece of art and I am grateful that he was able to make my table showroom perfect. Doug had a very pleasant demeanor and explained what he was doing and why.

My wife and I went shopping after our evening meal and found two chairs that would work well in our home. We called Doug's company to arrange delivery for the following day. Much to our surprise and pleasure, he was able to make delivery later that same evening. He was prompt, professional, and had the type of customer approach that would make me want to do business with him again.

What an excellent experience! Doug knows his business and worked with me to find a way to move my items on the day of closing so as not to incur an additional month of storage fees for being out one day after I moved my items into storage, months ago. He and his team were waiting for me when I arrived at the new house after closing, already having unloaded many of the items onto blankets on the driveway and ground, staging the scene for quick movement into the house. They were very efficient, polite, friendly, and careful with my items, even going so far as to put on the felt pads I had purchased for the furniture feet before putting the items into place on the hardwood floors. Doug expertly handled his team, providing direction in a calm manner while smoothly keeping things running along and moving items into the house as well, of course. They were through in record time, within four hours, while taking as much care as possible, and they earned every penny of the moving cost and the tips I gave them. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking to move a large or small amount of items. My parents were with me to help on moving day and were so impressed with Doug that they will use his services twice in the coming month; once to move items to the new house so as to clear out the old one and get it ready to sell and again after the house sells. Doug Garrett and his son were available within an hour of me calling to inquire about help moving a sectional. They were extremely professional and performed the smoothest move I've ever encountered. I personally appreciated that Doug answered when I called and followed up promptly with exact availability the same day. I will definitely use his services to retrieve the sectional when my home remodel is complete.

We had a heavy dresser and armoire that needed to go from our master bedroom to a room above our garage. It needed to go down a flight of stairs, through the yard, and up another flight of stairs. It wasn't a big job, but the furniture was bulky and heavy and not something we wanted to do ourselves. I contacted Doug and he got back to me right away. I was able to text him pictures of the furniture and stairways and he gave me an estimate quickly. He was out the next afternoon to do the job. He was professional, punctual, a good communicator, and courteous. I would use them again for any type of moving.

Doug and his two assistants worked quickly and efficiently. They managed to move some odd-sized and large pieces of furniture through some relatively small hallways and doors. No scratches to floor, doorjambs or furniture. No damage to household goods. Very professional and courteous.

He was prompt, ahead of schedule but within the designated window all the way. He was very careful wi the furniture, secured it in his truck and, as stated above, reassembled it carefully at the destination.

Doug picked up a very heavy executive desk in Cobb County. This involved going through two doorways with no damage to the building or desk. When delivered to our home in Fayette County a couple of hours later, he was just as careful to protect our five tiled steps and put heavy cardboard down to go over the threshold and hardwood foyer. The desk had been wrapped well for the move. In the future, whether it's for one piece of furniture or the entire contents of our home, Doug Garrett at No Sweat XPress will be the first person we will contact. Considering the price of gas and the job he did, I think $165.00 was quite reasonable.

Doug responded on first call and gave accurate estimate, communicated status extremely well and delivered furniture without incident. He was courteous and professional. He exceeded our expectations.

They showed up a few minutes behind the scheduled time frame, but they were good to let us know their ETA. Communication with this outfit is top notch - they under promise and over deliver. They moved swiftly but carefully with our items - no walls or items were damaged in the move. They respected my time frame and goal of only using them for 3 hours - and they were able to deliver the full move with my time frame. Doug was also quick to provide me advice on setting up our appliances and other things that are important consideration when moving into a new home. I can't recommend these guys enough - they come in and take care of business with speed and excellence.

Doug of No Sweat Xpress is great. He gave me a quote after looking at a few pictures of my condo. He saw that I had nice furniture and went above and beyond to handle it with care. He dropped off plenty of boxes for me to pack my stuff in the week before my move and then he and 4 others came and loaded me up in 2 hours after wrapping all furniture in the unit to avoid damage. They delivered the furniture two days later in Charleston and had it unloaded within about 2 hours or so. Doug and his staff were both polite, respectful and handled all of my furniture with care. I got several quotes and his was the lowest and he provided additional services that other movers would not include such as the packing materials including tape, paper for dishes and wardrobe boxes. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking to move in the Atlanta area.

bI was satisfied with the service but I expected professional movers not high school kids. Some were slow and some were quick. I originally want two movers he pushed me onto three and showed up with 7 for a two bedroom house. He charged me for extra time because he brought so many movers (which again I didn't ask for). He also charged me an extra $45 for moving a couch downstairs upstairs. It took them about 10 minutes to do. He also wanted a list and pictures of all of my items being moved even though we only had two large items (a 110 pound armour and a 4 piece sectional) and several moving boxes. this was not a large move and I spent $430 for 2 hours and 15 minutes of work. Nice enough guy and prompt but I would not hire again.

Doug and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were always professional, courteous, helpful and able to problem solve whenever something unexpected came up. For example, it took them 20 minutes to get a sofa through one of my doorways and I didn't think it was going to be possible but they figured it out! I would recommend them to anyone. While I never want to move again, I would call them first if I needed to move.

Where do I begin? Late Monday evening, I had to call around to arrange an urgent next day move for a friend. I consulted Angie's List to find a reputable company. After contacting 9 companies with no availability or the promise to get back to me, I reached out to Doug Garrett of No Sweat Xpress, LLC. Due to the hour, I caught Doug and his crew at the end of another job. He took my job details and began to provide me with next day move options based on my time contraints and his already confirmed work schedule. As I weighed options and hedged quotes from other movers, Doug called back throughout the evening to provide even more options. I was shocked to hear him offer moving services to me within the hour. Same day service! Who does that? And all this after 6:00pm! With a little coordination, Doug and his crew met at the starting location and packed the truck within an hour. In reading the reviews of other movers, I knew I could expect a price hike due to the urgency of my situation, a payment demand before the job was completed, unexpected add ons, or broken or damaged pieces. Not with this company. I paid a small deposit online (how convenient) to confirm the move and paid the balance of the original estimate when they finished. They completed the move, the equivalent of a one bedroom apartment, in under 3 hrs including the 90 minute round trip from Acworth to Mableton and the skillful and strategic stacking of furnishings and personal items in my storage unit. I am more than thrilled with their services! While I'm not looking forward to another move, I will defintely call No Sweat Xpress, LLC when the time comes again.

The service was fantastic. They helped in moving big boxes/ luggage to small tiny bags/boxes safe and sound. Doug and his team are experienced in handling recliner sofas and they moved it extremely carefully. All my items reached as it was packed. No damage at all.

He and his helpers were courteous and careful. Everything that could have been damaged was carefully wrapped and/or taped up prior to loading. The unloading, at the storage unit was also performed in a careful professional manner. The owner of No Sweat Xpress even helped us to utilize the storage space more effectively so that everything fit in a way that allows us ready access. The final bill reflected exactly what we had agreed upon. No Sweat Xpress definitely exceeded all of my expectations and I will refer them to my friends.

I needed to move some large items and other things to several stops all over the city. I always use moving companies and this was the best experience I have had before. They were on time, organized, took great care with my belongings, and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them again.

I contacted the company on April 24, 2013 and spoke with Doug, who was extremely professional. I explained that the job included several stops which ended up being as follows: 1. Residence - to pick up items to take to the Goodwill 2. Goodwill - to drop off items that were picked up at the residence and to provide my information so that I get the contribution receipt 3. Storage Facility - to pick up all items and clean out storage unit (some items needed to be broken down/disassembled) 4. Goodwill - back to the goodwill to drop off items from storage that were being donated 5. Residence - to unload items from storage that were not donated to the goodwill (included placing items in various places like upstairs, in the garage storage room, and in the basement) On the day of the move, Doug called to give me a heads up that he was on his way and would be arriving in 10 minutes. They were very prompt, which I truly appreciated. Doug and another employee began immediately working. Throughout the process, I found myself impressed with the care that they took with my items. The entire job was completed in 2 hours (well, it was a little over two hours, but Doug was kind enough to round the time down). This was my first experience with hiring someone from Angie's List, but out of all the movers that I have ever had (and I have had many), this company is one of the best that I have every encountered! I would highly recommend this company, and I ever need to move anything else, I'm definitely retaining their services!

Doug and his team are very professional. Doug squeezed us in to his busy schedule. I had to have a king size bed moved from Suwanne to Marietta. Doug kept me updated by text message as to the progress of the move. He protected the mattress and box spring by wrapping in a cloth. The team took the bed apart at the originating location and reassembled the bed at the delivery location. I would definitely recommend No Sweat Xpress Moving for all your moving needs.

I could not have asked for more professional, courteous, or punctual guys. Two of them moved an armoire up a stairway that I thought only a miracle could accomplish. They were patient and never got flustered. They just kept twisting and turning this huge piece until finally it was free. It was amazing to watch. They were so careful with bannisters, doorways, and floors. They moved multiple pieces from each of the three homes and even worked around an appt. I had this morning. I would recommend them to anyone- especially if you need things picked up from multiple places. I will certainly use them again if the need arises and will freely recommend them to my friends.
