NO SWEAT XPRESS MOVING

Fantastic experience with Doug! We are lucky to have found him. We have now used him on two separate occasions to deliver two bulky, fragile and expensive furniture pieces. He was great on timing, communication, and most importantly, care for our pieces. The first was to deliver a 350lb marble table, which he had one other person help him deliver, and the second a 200 lb credenza that he was able to move by himself with a dolly (even down 7 steps of stairs). He wrapped them both with moviong blankets and plastic wrap, and both arrived with extreme care and no damage. He knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend using him for any large furniture deliveries, and I plan to use him in the future for any other pieces we need help moving. His pricing is also fair and worth every penny. You get what you pay for - trust me, you want him handling your nice pieces so you don't have to worry.

This is my first review ever, but feel Doug and his assistant are worth a shout out! Within 24 hours of my phone call, my new couch was delivered with care and expertise despite stairs with a turn at the top. They then delivered my old couch to a different destination with the same attention to detail. Doug is professional, prompt, efficient and fairly priced. I told them they make it look too easy!

Doug and his crew did an excellent job; not one mark on the walls nor any damage. They even swapped out the dryer cords as the prongs/plugs were different for the two dryers.

Doug was very polite, flexible, and on-time. His co-worker was very polite. They were very careful and did a great job!!

They picked the items up at the first house, wrapped them carefully and transported them to the second house. They assembled the bed in the second house. I have used them for years and have always been happy with their work. Doug Garrett is polite, careful, friendly, responsible and delightful to work with. You will be very happy with them.

I want to compliment and highly recommend NO SWEAT XPRESS. The owner went to great lengths to help us when we were coming from out of state and moving a dryer to our daughter apartment. I had little hope that any movers would take the time to help with such a small request however NO SWEAT XPRESS movers were happy to schedule our move. I have always received quality service from Angie?s List and No SWEAT XPRESS extended help is a prime example of this. They knew just what to do to set up the new dryer, remove the old one, and take to Goodwill. The owner even offered to mail the donation documentation to our out of state home. Later he called my husband with a follow up recommendation which was greatly appreciated. Such service builds great working relationships. We will bring all our moving needs to NO SWEAT MOVERS from now on and highly recommend to anyone on Angie?s List with a big or small move.

Sent the move job out for bid to a few Angies list recommended businesses. Doug from NS Movers was the only one who came out personally to give an estimate. Turns out he was also the cheapest hourly/travel cost as well. Paid 175 deposit on their website and secured the move date I wanted. They showed up on time, didnt break anything, and stayed within budget. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Garrett and his son provided outstanding service! I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise. I called the same day, and they were able to move my clothes washer and dryer then. They worked carefully, but efficiently. Mr. Garrett is very knowledgeable and has been in the moving business for many years. Both he and his son were very polite. They were a pleasure to do business with, and I will definitely use them again when I need the services of a moving company. I highly recommend them.

Could not have been easier for me. He stayed in touch by texts and phone calls. Was on time. He dismantled the desk to take it upstairs and reassembled it perfectly. No damage to anything.

I was very pleased with the job. They had to take the desk apart and reassemble it. It looks great. This was a last minute request and they accommodated my schedule. They were delayed by another job but kept me informed about arrival time. I would definitely use them again.

Doug & crew showed up on time at the pickup location. They loaded the furniture quickly, but carefully. I was particularly concerned about an antique display hutch from China, as it is both valuable and somewhat fragile. The way he prepared it for moving was very reassuring. At the new location, they again worked quickly, but carefully, and put everything in the exact spot I wanted it. Not much room for improvement. Will definitely use them again when I have the need.

This job went off like a charm. We examined the finished product in the vendor's warehouse on Monday, May 11th. We were able to speak to Doug (No-Sweat Xpress Mover) the same day. He was able to book our delivery on Wednesday (May 13th) as we requested. He confirmed his availability and gave us a 3 hour window (noon to 3 pm on Wednesday later Monday evening. He said there would be a 2-man crew doing the job. The truck arrived at our home shortly after 1 pm. The two man crew came in to see where the bedroom was and to evaluate the best route from the truck to the bedroom. They adjusted the screen door to make the pass thru easier. They discussed where things were going BEFORE they starting bringing in the pieces. The bed frame had to be assembled and screwed into place. They had to install the storage shelves at the base of both sides of the king-sized frame. They also installed all the drawers and checked all the hardware for quality installation and operability. As the bed frame was being assembled, they were as asked to move it to accommodate the homeowner's preference. They did so without question. They hard all the tools (screwdrivers, allen wrenches, padding, dolly, etc.) that were needed for this job. They asked if we were satisfied before accepting payment. They accepted a personal check. We would definitely use Doug and his team again! Stellar performance!

When I called for an estimate, Doug was very professional and asked "all the right questions" so there would be no confusion or misunderstandings. He was able to assess the potential job through questions and emailed photos of the stairway, and two rooms. Several other businesses were not as thorough on the front end, and I was leery of their estimates. Doug's estimate was higher than the final cost, so although they did the work in less than the estimated time, the minimum time frame but not NoSweatXpresss!!! Their final fee was lower than I had budgeted. A nice surprise. Doug called the evening before to let us know of the timeframe to expect their arrival, and on the appointed day, he called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let us know what time they'd arrive and to re-check the address. Courteous, friendly and dressed neatly, Doug and Anthony, his assistant, came prepared with tools, blankets, foam and wrapping film, they worked quickly and efficiently. They took furniture upstairs as they were making the initial assessment, and took furniture down as they came back down. There was never a wasted step and they came ready to work at the pre-planned time. They wrapped the bookcase with plastic wrapping to protect the glass doors from swinging and being broken. they were careful to protect walls and hardwood floors and stairwell with blankets and communication. I highly recommend No Sweat Xpress Moving, and will definitely call them should I need assistance in the future!

Doug delivered the two pieces of furniture (made of real wood which are very heavy). He was careful, considerate of our house and newly refinished floors, professional, and very efficient. He delivers furniture bought at any retail or wholesale store. I would highly recommend him.

Doug and Zachary were very polite and professional. They communicated well with me regarding their arrival time and were done very quickly. They wrapped the armoire very carefully and took good care of it. They had to lift the heavy armoire up our stairway and nothing was damaged. I was impressed because Doug and Zachary worked so well together!

From carefully wrapping all the furniture, no scratches on floors or pieces, and able to do the heaviest of jobs, to placement of everything exactly were we wanted it with no mistakes. The move was swift and flawless. They took care with the furniture and there were no marks or scuffs. Had trouble settling on a day for the move because he and I were both very busy, but he called often to check on available times, which was just fine and appreciated. I thought his price was good, especially for a job we could have never managed ourselves because the items are so big and bulky. He did the move himself with an assistant and both were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Doug was very professional and experienced. He arrived ontime for an early morning (6:30am!) move. He expertly wrapped my heavy file cabinets and maneuvered them expertly onto a dolly all while carrying on a conversation and never once missing a beat. He and his team wrapped all of my valuables with care and skill, moved me from a 3rd floor office to a 6th floor office, in under 2 hours time including elevator waits, loading and unloading. Doug and his four guys worked from the moment they arrived until the moment they left, ; hard working able men, that worked non-stop. Doug, the owner was commander and chief, with outstanding organizing skills, directing his crew the entire time. Absolutely no wasted time, no scratches or dents on anything, and wonderful packing skills and equipment. They were very careful with everything and helped me arrange the furniture after unloading it to get the best use of the room space as well as making it visually pleasing. WOW, such a help in every way and very professional. A price was always quoted before doing requested add-ons, which happen to be much more than planned. They were clean, neat and very careful.
