They were fantastic. They trimmed them all up really nice. They were really friendly to work with. It looks great. They did high quality work.

I'd been paying for full service lawn maintenance for over 10 years prior to hiring Alex to take care of the yard. I have a fairly large yard with lots of trees, shrubs, and about an acre of land. The landscaping began to show neglect within weeks of their taking over the yard, and the grass was filled with weeds and not cut as often as we agreed on. Large weeds and plants began popping up in beds and along the edges of the property but they were not taken care of - in spite of my pointing them out several times. I liked the owner (Alex) and wanted our arrangement to work out. I was patient for 6 months before finally realizing they weren't ever going to meet my expectations (which are not overly high). I believe they are appropriate for a simple mowing service, but I would not recommend them for any more than that. He seemed to have trouble maintaining a consistent crew, and also didn't seem to know how to maintain landscaping. I chose to go back to a larger company with a full crew that has experience in maintaining nicer homes. It costs a little more, but I found it's worth it if you care about the appearance of your home.

Alex quoted a great price over the phone and was very easy to work with. He will be coming out again to do more pruning and trimming. The bushes and shrubs look great and the price was VERY reasonable, especially when compared to other quotes. We would call them again and have recommended them to friends.

It went amazingly well! I met with Alex a few weeks ago to discuss pressure washing my house. He washed both of the front porch and screened-in porch, driveway, pathway and window screens. He took special care while washing the gutters and wood-framed windows. I can't believe how great my house and driveway looks! He pruned some shrubs on the side of my house. Now they look great! He even planted a flowering shrub and a rose bush I had bought. My yard has never looked so good!. He edges and cleans up the debris and leaves. I have a huge ivy problem that he is going to take care of. He is going to eliminate it, cover the area with landscaping fabric and then pine needles or mulch. He listens intently and I like his suggestions. I have more shrubs in the back yard to be pruned, too. Basically. I'm slowly redoing my yard and it looks beautiful with Alex's help. He knows his plants and what they need. He and I are on the lookout for beautiful and unusual flowering shrubs. Each time he comes I know I'm going to love the new look of my yard! He accepts PayPal which I really like as a form of payment. I thought the estimate he gave me was reasonable. I'm not comfortable with sharing costs. I can say he and his crew work hard and they is well worth every penny. He is as prompt as he can be. A bad weather day will set him back. I highly recommend him (and I don't make good recommendations for every professional I deal with.)

We contacted First Impressions through Angie's List via email to secure an estimate. They promptly responded and scheduled a time to come out and view the property. They were friendly and professional, and arrived at the time they stated they would arrive. There was a delay in getting the written quote, but after a reminder call, we received an estimate over the phone and then a detailed estimate via email. We delayed several weeks while we had exterior painting completed, however once the work was scheduled, First Impressions was very good at keeping us in the loop on progress and on weather delays. The final result is truly stunning. Our agent stated that the yard is a tremendous selling point, and many of the pictures in our listing are of the yard and landscaping. We have had showings nearly every day the listing has been active, and we believe that the attractive, professional landscaping from First Impressions truly makes our house stand out in the crowd.

First Impressions Landscape was pretty good. They have been coming for the maintaining my lawn for the past two months.

Alex is great. I spoke to several landscapers and every one gave high estimates that were heavy on the labor costs. Alex really worked with me to bring my vision to life within the budget I set and he often emailed photos to give me options to see what I liked. He personally handled most of my work and he is very customer focused. My lawn has never looked prettier.

I had been using for about a year. They did an excellent job. They are always willing to help me with any projects. They are always on time and very competitively priced. They are really professional.

He personally came out at the agreed to time and did the aeration. He spent more time than anyone has ever spent to insure that every inch of property was aerated. He then seeded and was careful not to throw seed in to our lovely flower beds. The reason I have waited to write this report is because I wanted to see if his advice was good. It was spot on! Our back yard, in a word, is spectacular! Alex is the man!! I plan to follow-up with him in the fall and take the next step during the cool weather season. But in the meantime, we will enjoy the good looks of our yard, and be appreciative to Alex for the excellent advice and work.

Their price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

We selected them primarily and initially for our lawn service, but also because they advertised landscaping. They have done an excellent job on our lawn care, grass, debris and edging; but, the really great part about using them, is that they can and do more or everything. We just moved into our home and we have a large lot with a pool, tennis court, and a lot of woods and landscaping opportunities, and my wife is constantly having them do special jobs, in addition to their lawn service. We have been very happy with the work and price every time. They are definitely the first place you want to start for everything, and they do everything at a very competitive price.

Everything went very well. Alex was very responsive and followed up when he said he would. I am very happy with the way everything turned out and will continue to use them for future landscape maintenance. They worked hard and their price was fair. This is a good company to do business with and I will recommend them to others.
