+ -1 moreRandy texted me was on his way. He has serviced my heating unit before and performed tasks. Made one suggestion of updating the thermostat to improve heating. I approved and date for the work was set. Randy has done previous work and I try to request him when needed. Would recommend Estes.

+ -1 moreEstes installed a new ac unit. They didn’t stick to the price quoted, The unit worked about eleven months and stopped. I had to call them back out and pay more money to have a new unit repaired. Estes doesn’t stand behind their products or work.

+ 0 moreThis was part of a multiple step project to correct deficiencies in my house's wiring from a bad reno. The Estes guys were great at finding the best way to clean up the wiring and get the new circuit installed. I also used them for the HVAC component and it was nice having the guys from the electrical side and the HVAC side coordinating what need to be done and when without me having to take charge. Overall they were very efficient and effective. They were happy to explain every step and I always felt like I knew what was going on.

They check in on my plumbing and electrical and alert me to potential issues. They have been awesome about arranging multiple specialists to come see me on the same day so I don't have to take additional days off of work- they are polite, thorough and take the time to educate me about the service/product.

+ -1 moreThey are full of promises, fail to deliver results (i.e,, don’t show up for appointments or show up with out the necessary equipment ), give great apologies, then fail to deliver again- i.e., no work/results again. And I mean failed to show up for the appointments again! This was for a pre-paid scheduled appointment for a simple maintenance/service visit (and they been here before) - nothing complicated. They failed to make it here 3 times, but gave me 3 different excuses each time. Once the tech got tied up on another job. I understand how that can happen so I rescheduled. But for the rescheduled appointment, the tech didn’t have the proper ladder. Then the next time, he didn’t have a coworker with him who is supposed to assist because the fan/blower is on the roof (the reason for needing the ladder). So he brought the latter but not a second person to assist him with it. What’s the point?? Needless to say, I took off work each time to accommodate the appointments, and each time they failed to get the job done. I do not recommend Estes.

+ 2 moreI had a power outage and my neighbors didn’t so I knew it was just me. It was a holiday and I assumed it would be pricey but I called Estes and they came out right away. They fixed the problem and didn’t charge me anything because the gentleman said it was regular maintenance. He was delightful and genuinely happy to help me. My power was restored and I was happy too!
