I had a new air conditioner, heater and water heater installed. Everything went so smoothly as usual with Estes. I always can count on Estes to be on time and polite plus do excellent work. Have used Estes for over 40 yrs.

Ended up costing me more than twice the quote. I will never use them again. The technician was fine and did a good job.

Estes has served me for many, many years. There has never been a time that I was not served well. From repairing leaks, to insulating and sealing an attic, to installing a new HAVAC system, to coming late one night for a surprise leak in a pipe behind a washing machine, they are professional and efficient. My sister now uses them also.

I've used Estes as my HVAC provider since 2008 .all the Techs are pleasant and knowledgeable of the needs of my unit. my technician points out things I should do before I have a breakdown . They arrive on time, in one incident doing the winter, I called for service on a Saturday morning and they came out in an hour, it was not an a major problem , we didn't turn on a switch when changing the filter, so now I let Estes change my filters. This was part of a multiple step project to correct deficiencies in my house's wiring from a bad reno. The Estes guys were great at finding the best way to clean up the wiring and get the new circuit installed. I also used them for the HVAC component and it was nice having the guys from the electrical side and the HVAC side coordinating what need to be done and when without me having to take charge. Overall they were very efficient and effective. They were happy to explain every step and I always felt like I knew what was going on.

My furnace went out in winter. Their first available appointment was in five days, so I wouldn’t have heat for four nights. They rescheduled another customer (non emergency) so that they could do my install the next day.

Very well. Tech changed out thermostat, checked system thoroughly & was able to perform maintenance check also. Professional & pleasant.

It went well for the most part. I was told about their maintenance plan and how that would be a benefit for drainage of the item but they had to do some other service to the drainage portion and so what happened was I got the service done at a discounted price, but not what I was expecting based off the phone call that I had with the person that answered the phone. But I overall am satisfied with Estes

Service technician came out and told us we needed a compressor that this was the sole cause of our air conditioner problem. The cost was $2,085. They told me it would be good to get their "Preventive Maintenance" that this would save me money on any future service calls. Agreed to get the compressor. Once the compressor was installed, the home was not cooling. Placed another call to them the technician came out and indicated he had punched holes in the system, by accident, but fixed it. Had to make a third call because it only cooled for a little while, and had to pay another service call fee of $79,00, minus $10-20 because I was paying for the Preventative Maintenance Program, (wow). On this service call, was told there was a bad coil in the attic, that it would cost another $1,700, plus $600 for labor for a total of $2,300 to get this fixed. These charges add up to $5,000+ which could be put towards a new air conditioner. I called and tried to cancel my preventative maintenance and they advised that if I did, they would have to add another $1,000 to my bill. So now we are talking about $6,000+. Watch out for the "Preventative Maintenance Program" offer, don't fall for it. I am now paying for an air conditioner that is not working. Please don't fall into this trap like I did. My advice to anyone with air conditioning problems once they say the compressor is gone, to just purchase a new one. By all means do not buy into the Preventative Maintenance Program.
