Using the power of my voice and choice to never use or promote the business of Estes Air. I understand that their are bad technicians in any bunch and may have considered giving this company another try had they done the right thing and returned the money I feel their technician stole from me but Estes Air did not value me as a customer and that's a reflection of the core of this company's integrity. I needed a diagnostics done on 2 AC units. When the technician called to come for the appt I informed him it was raining pretty bad. He said he would come anyway and see of mother nature would work in our favor. Once he arrived it was still raining and he informed me he couldnt come back later because I was his last call of the day and that his last job had been canceled because of the rain. He said he would wait 15mins for the rain to stop. After about 10 mins the rain let up to a light drizzle and he got out to take a look. One of my units is in the attic and one is the crawlspace. The technician took a panel off of each the units and said that they both needed capacitors put the panels back and charged me $144. He did not check the airflow handlers he didn't check anything. He was outside of his van 15 minutes at the most. I never received a receipt. I never received a written estimate of the diagnosis or repair cost, even though I requested and was told it would be emailed. I reached out to Estes Air to inform them that I didnt feel like i received a thorough inspection. I explained in detail what Patrick had done and that I felt like because of the rain and the laziness of the technician that I did not receive a quality inspection and would like to have another technician come out however they did not have any appointments available until Monday. I called another company Reliable Heating & Air and they sent a technician right out. The Reliable technician thoroughly checked both units. He went into the attic and crawlspace to check the units. He sat down with me and discussed what he'd found and provided me with a written estimate and receipt. I have since had both the AC's repaired and they did not need what the Estes technicians said. I would NEVER recommend Estes Air to anyone. I was robbed by their lazy and incompetent technician and upper management upheld this behavior. The integrity of this company can not be trusted and they charge more. Just call Reliable Heating & Air from the start and don't take a chance with your hard earned money. P.S I called several times to report and to request a refund and was asked to followed up with my receipt where I paid another company which I did, however I was still not granted a refund. I still have yet to receive a receipt or a report on what the technician found. They just took my money and left me with nothing. A strong armed robbery. Signed A Very Unsatisfied Customer

Estes technician was very responsive, but we managed finally to clear the clog before he made it out. Didn't charge us even though he made the visit. Very professional, and understanding, not to mention how quickly they came out. Estes corporate called the next day to follow up. These guys are great! Definitely plan to use them again.

They were able to remove a metal knife using some needle nosed pliers from my garbage disposal saving me a lot of money on having to replace the unit. He was professional, prompt, punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and the price was fair. They also cleared out a clog that was quite extensive, as well. I will recommend him and use him, again.

From the moment that Barry walked into my home there was an attitude and during his time in my presence he didn’t lift a finger to help me and in fact never even looked at my AC unit. As I am in the middle of a remodel I had trouble locating the thermostat cord as it had been hidden by drywall so I asked him to help me locate it near the furnace which he would not, there was third person there templating countertops in the same area which made working there challenging but Barry would not even begin to look at the AC while he finished. I had attempted to ask him about current Trends in hvac including smart vents and ductless systems to whjch he either had no knowledge or outdated knowledge respectively. He also clearly didn’t know how to install and ecobee thermostat because he knew nothing about the patch you need to at to the AC unit. That is probably the reason why he rather then admitting his ineptitude began questioning what I was doing and telling me he didn’t want to be involved before he even knew what I was doing or how the system was set up. He called my home a science experiment even. Essentially Barry was the rudest most condescending service provider I have ever witnessed and his boss is doing the nice ladies who were working the phones a disservice by keeping him around and backing him up blindly to the detriment of his business because he not only lost out on my service plan subscription but also the total house upgrade i intend to do once the units I created were established, not to mention all future biz and any referrals and if u can’t tell I am a great advocate and horrible adversary.

AC unit was leaking. There was a clogged condensation line. The service tech claimed to clean it out . The next day it started leaking again. Had to call a different HVAC company.

We needed to add a gas line for a new dual fuel kitchen stove as well as upgrading the existing electrical circuit. We schedule Estes to do the work on the day before the stove installer was scheduled so that we would not be without a stove for more than one day. Everything worked flawlessly and the work was done to specifications so that the stove installer had no problems. All work was completed on schedule at the quoted price.

I've been using them for years. They are very fair and professional.

I'm on their semi-annual thing. They come and check my heating and air conditioning unit. The annual contract is about $240. They're very professional, on time and if anything goes wrong you can call them again.

We have a contract with them. Because we have a contract with them, the preventive maintenance is free. I think the price is really good. That they are excellent all around. Very good. If they hadn't been good, I wouldn't have called them back.

It went fine. The washers were replaced, the knob placed back on and after a few adjustments, the faucet works great. Epie's has a 15.00 coupon on Angies list, which was great. My faucet is still working, with no problems.

We have used them for years. We wait for the weather to cool because they turn on the furnace.

I use them for electrical, and I use them for plumbing. Everything was good in both instances. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time. He did not rush the repair; he did a good repair.

I have used Estes for my AC service for 6 years now. They installed my new AC system in 2012 and I have been happy with their service. I had a broken pipe leading to my outside hose bibb and decided to try their plumbing service. This pipe had been repaired several times before and was in a difficult place to access. Elliott did a great job and I will be using him for my future plumbing needs. These folks arrive on time, are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We've been using them for years for heating and air and electrical work. It's a package pricing, heating, air, electrical, it's about $350 for the year. I'll continue to use them. One person came and they do not leave any mess behind.
