They came out to do my fall and winter checkup to be prepared for the cold. I would say that work was to satisfactory and with a complete checkup, system was fine.

Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left.

Replacement exhaust fan part took too long which caused further personal distress, relapse w/bronchitis due to in-house cold temps. I was told every day that it would arrive "next day" and thus took several days [someone from church said the part (I showed him the old one) could be obtained online/shipped overnight-any truth?] I have asthma which also was worsen due constant breathing of cold air, and also had a pet recovering from surgery. Vet said this elderly pet needed to be kept warm! Luckily I had a heating pad, plus 2 electric blankets [due to winter season ending, no heaters/electric blankets were found anywhere in stores]. fyi, my bronchitis worsen which I'm sure was due to cold temp; another doc visit. I'm not sure what cost $79 as this $ is less than what I paid for service/part. I purchased your maintenance pkg, but have not received follow-up contact. ...replacement filters? You have my contact (email, work & cell nos., but have received no messages as of date. Am I suppose to contact Estes? If new filters (16x25) are dropped off at home while I'm at work, I will change at my convenience as cannot miss work for filters. Bottom-line: Communication could be improved. I will use Estes again in time of emergency.

Estes Services was very professional in their customer service, They installed my HVAC system in one day. I have used them in past for all my HVAC and plumbing need. They are good but not cheap. If you want reliable service they have a history of being the best.

Technician was nice and service was quick.

I called several times and left VMs and emails to get a report of the HVAC work completed by their tech. No call back or email response. Horrible CS.

Great. Hired them to replace my hvac unit.

New a/c furnace installation: 2018 Expensive, but performance and service, still not optimum. Took long time to complete modifications to duct work. Good experience with maintenance service.

Estes has been my HVAC, plumbing and electrical servicer for many years. I am very satisfied with their service, and they stand by their work.

AC went out and blower motor and capacitor replaced in 2 days. Had to order parts. Randy did an excellent job.

Inspection and service went well; tech was very polite; knowledgeable; We have been Estes customers for over 10 years and have contracted with them to replace two units. They are honest and trustworthy.

I have full confidence in the service provided by Estes & look forward to their attention to the maintenance of our h/ac system.for years to come.

Straight forward and personable. Took care of everything, no try to upsell, and let us know how our system was working. Very responsive.

Great! Only caveat would be, the lack of repair of sheetrock cut away for new (bigger) panel installation. But generally, was happy with the job.

The tech left the replacement air filter on the floor. He forgot to install it. When I went to install it myself I noticed it was the wrong size and had to go buy a new one at Home Depot. They are a good company but unless they read this review and make things right, I would give a C
