+ -1 moreEverything with Estes has been great with the exception of the initial system installation. The only reason I rated them a B is the install crew nicked a wire and did not disclose it which caused a system failure 3 days later. Estes was out the same day of system failure and fixed the problem wire and installed a complete new electrical box to the unit - which was totally above and beyond.

They explained everything that was going on with our systems and answered all the questions we have. They are always very honest about what, if any, additional work is necessary. I always feel very comfortable that the job was done right. I would certainly recommend Estes.

+ -1 moreThey replaced a furnace. Cold air return was 16x25. Now it is 16x20. Their service technician who came out a month ago for poor cooling told me it should be 16x25 and their employee who sold the job and spec’d it was terminated as he incorrectly spec’d jobs. Estes will not fix the problem

+ -1 moreMy complaints with Estes are they overcharged me for the new unit in 2015 by over $3000. The line that contains freon was not replaced. We used them in 1994 to replace the original unit that was in the house when we purchased it in 1990. That freon line should have been replaced then but was not. There is much more to the story. Now they tell me that the freon line should be replaced because there is a leak. If the line had been replace during either of the whole unit installations, I would not be having AC problems. I have a whole other story about the installation of my overpriced Carrier unit. 404-274-7850

From repairing leaks, to insulating and sealing an attic, to installing a new HAVAC system, to coming late one night for a surprise leak in a pipe behind a washing machine, they are professional and efficient. My sister now uses them also.
