+ 2 moreI had a power outage and my neighbors didn’t so I knew it was just me. It was a holiday and I assumed it would be pricey but I called Estes and they came out right away. They fixed the problem and didn’t charge me anything because the gentleman said it was regular maintenance. He was delightful and genuinely happy to help me. My power was restored and I was happy too!

Their service providers were very good at "finding" different things that "need" to be fixed during their bi-annual visits. In fact, they created problems trying to fix real problems. Further, scheduling got so bad that they would give us an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW of when the service provider would be here! They are listed and "rated" high in a local publication, which is why we chose them. No more.

They arrive on time, in one incident doing the winter, I called for service on a Saturday morning and they came out in an hour, it was not an a major problem , we didn't turn on a switch when changing the filter, so now I let Estes change my filters. I was told about their maintenance plan and how that would be a benefit for drainage of the item but they had to do some other service to the drainage portion and so what happened was I got the service done at a discounted price, but not what I was expecting based off the phone call that I had with the person that answered the phone. But I overall am satisfied with Estes
