Excellent The tech showed up on time. Assessed the problem and performed the work flawlwssly. The unit had to be drained and replaced. The mechanic was neat and friendly. He explained the issue clearly and worked quickly

Estes installed a new ac unit. They didn’t stick to the price quoted, The unit worked about eleven months and stopped. I had to call them back out and pay more money to have a new unit repaired. Estes doesn’t stand behind their products or work.

Estes is always great- knowledgeable and professional. I have a maintenance package with them where hey come out twice a year to make sure everything is working well, and they have been incredibly helpful when things need to be fixed! Would definitely recommend them.

They replaced a furnace. Cold air return was 16x25. Now it is 16x20. Their service technician who came out a month ago for poor cooling told me it should be 16x25 and their employee who sold the job and spec’d it was terminated as he incorrectly spec’d jobs. Estes will not fix the problem

All Estes employees are very professional. This is a good company.

We got a new AC unit last fall. When we started using it this summer, the breaker kept tripping. We have a maintenance plan with Estes for electric problems, so they came to have a look. Tried something the first time they came, and it seemed okay for about a week, and then the breaker tripped again, so they came back and tried something else, but that didn't work long either. The problem was that the AC and furnace share the same blower or condenser something or other, and that was probably causing the breaker to trip. I asked if they could run a separate line for the AC, and they came back to do that, and we haven't had the problem since then. So they stuck with it until it was finally fixed for good, I hope. We have used Estes for heating and AC for decades, and they have always treated us fairly. We have maintenance contracts for that, and added electrical and plumbing. They are a well run outfit, they have very good workers and sales people who have always respected our property inside and out, as well as us. We have purchased and had them install a new furnace and three AC units over the years, and they have serviced them both and fixed anything when needed. This is a company we trust, and can recommend without hesitation.

Well executed work and finished when we were told it would. Very friendly, efficient workers.

I was told no problem could be found, but my home was not staying cool. I purchased a 1 year 3 visit service package. 7 days later I had to call on Sat an emergency. It was 89 degrees in my home the condenser needed to be replaced., another company teplaced it at 9p.m that night.
