Description of Work: I have been using Cunningham Associates for over 10 years. They installed a new furnace 10 years ago, and I have had a standing yearly service contract with them since. Last May they installed a new AC condenser for me. They are not always the lowest bid, but are reliable, punctual and corteous. My AC installation was completed promptly, exactly as expected, and the was left area in perfect condition (I am used to finding all kinds of garbage left behind after contractors leave.) They are always proactive about scheduling my twice yearly service calls, and if there's ever an issue, they are at my house within hours. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They came to the house to assess our A/C issue and determined it was the coil in the air handler. They also inspected our compressor and, while it was still working, told us that it was installed in 1993. We were given estimates for the coil replacement and well as the coil replacement AND a new compressor. We decided to go for the whole thing. The whole team could not have been more professional or personable.

Description of Work: Was having thermostat issues. The technician told me how to fix the problem on my own.... However before I could replace my thermostat he called me from the road and told me to check the sump pump near my furnace. The pump was dead! He saved me a huge amount if frustration and I didn't have to replace the thermostat

Description of Work: Replaced old heating and air system in December 2009. New system failed in less than a week. Satisfied with part replacement and quick response. |No other issues until it was discovered the condensate drain was installed incorrectly and water backed up into the unit and over flowed. Another company corrected the issue this summer during routine maintenance.

Description of Work: Came out in the middle of a hot July night and got us cooled until we could get a new unit installed by them. They didn't let us suffer and worked closely with us keeping us informed every step of the way.

Description of Work: Don't remember what was done or the exact date since its been awhile. The work was fine but there was a discrepancy in what we thought it was going to cost and the actual costs. Somewhere there was a misunderstanding. We have since moved; therefore, didn't keep the paperwork to know what was done, the actual date or costs. Years ago, Tim (the serviceman) had his own business and we liked him, used him several times and were quite happy with him but he eventually sold his business to Cunningham & Associates and since then we have not been as happy. Still liked Tim but sometimes had to wait longer to have him come out. Also, Cunningham & Associates charges quite a bit we felt like.
