Description of Work: Cunningham replaced both AC units in the past 5 years. I had them out because one of them was not blowing cold air. The checked it and figured out that the coils were very dirty and cleaned them. They also thought there was a leak so did some additional tests that turned out negative. I'm glad they checked it out but the labor charge in 15 minute increments definitely adds up. The part replaced was around $75 but the entire visit was $400. Price of comfort I suppose. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Trust them completely.

I have had past maintenance agreements with other service companies and they never mentioned my units not having float switches, which Eric said, is required for units to meet building code. Spent an hour and a half here. Will bring by filters on Monday. My impression is that this company is very thorough and is focused on providing service and building relationships with the customer, rather than focusing on the sale of a new unit.
Description of Work: Requested a yearly maintenance agreement with the company. I have 2 HVAC units. Eric inspected both units which are both 9 years old. He found we had no "float switches" on both units and installed. Unplugged drains, ran AC to verify working properly. Installed regular filters, will return to replace with pleated filters. Cost higher than service agreement due to float switches, but not much more.

 + -1 moreThey were courteous on the phone, and very puntual. The technician, Eric even came and waited for me, until I got home. The hourly rate is very, very high. So I had to pay $128.00 per hour for them to drive across town to get a fan motor, Of course that took an hour, and then it took one hour to diagnose the problem and two hours to fix it, plus a service charge for them to come out ($55.00), plus the price of the part ($385.00). But my air now works fine.
Description of Work: My air conditioning stopped working during the hottest week of the year. They came the day I called, and said I needed a fan motor. The technician went to get it and returned and worked for a total of four hours. The house is now cooling very nicely.

Description of Work: A piece of flexible duct work became detached from our furnace and after hours of trying to get it back on myself I called Cunningham and Assoc. They reattached this duct work and ensured there was a tight seal at the furnace.
