Description of Work: I use them on a maintenance contract. I've always found them to be professional, informative, and helpful. They gave me great advice when it was time to change my air conditioning unit. Although they offer a number of top-end units, a much smaller one was recommended to me as more fitting the space and use.

Description of Work: Heat pump stopped working. Central technician here promptly to fix. The pump has been working fine ever since. Under warranty so no charge. We have been with Central for over 20 years and have always received prompt, excellent service. Also, we purchased a complete heating and cooling system from Central that has performed as advertised. Great company.
