I was very pleased with the results. This computer had been a problem for some time, freezing, needing a reboot and various other PC maladies. The consultation call came a bit later than expected, and required more of my time than expected, but it was a thorough, professional job.

I first contacted Alexander Technical Resources on Thursday, August 22nd when my email system crashed. I worked with Donna Vogler, at a flat rate of $59.00, for one hour of assistance. She was able to clear up my email issues, explain why the issue occurred and re-set the configuration so that it would not occur again. We had some time left and she gladly helped me tweak some annoying issues and also helped me to fix them myself. I then decided to have her give me the $99.00 service to clean up my computer and remove Malware and unnecessary programs. She removed Malware, viruses, unnecessary programs and updated updates that were required. I did defrag my computer before we had the 2nd session and that was helpful. This was a great company to work with. Great communication, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend highly.

I can honestly say that this is the best tech support I have ever had. I used to use a local person but they either didn't call back or didn't follow up. this company was great and I am going to use them again on Saturday to have them do a 3 hr. tweak on my harddrive to remove malware and un-needed programs. I really reccomend them. They were great. I worked with Donna Vogler on a fix for my outlook that was endlessly frustrating as I was not able to send or receive email. I had extra time, so she also tweaked some other settings... It was like ordering off the menu, just great service I can honestly say that this is the best tech support I have ever had. I used to use a local person but they either didn't call back or didn't follow up if I had a question post service.

The malware Delta had overtaken my computer and masqueraded as Java etc. It came to the point that I could not access the internet at all. I called on Sunday night and rapidly got a confirmation for this past Monday morning with Spencer Alexander. The job was done in 4 hours finished by Donna Vogler. I highly recommend them.

They were excellent. I had an older computer and I had to buy a new one and it was on it's last leg and they logged into my computer remotely within 48 hours of me purchasing the service, and had to do a lot of virus cleanup, getting rid of spyware and things of this nature. If I had any complaints it would be this: that they would prefer that you be online. Because if you read the description of the deal, it doesn't tell you "Hey you must have internet access." Because to do this job you need the internet. Secondly, I would note that it is time consuming. For them to work on my computer it took well over 12 to 14 hours. But I didn't have to be around because once you log into the site that they tell you to go to they take over the computer. They had to run their tools and whatever processing procedures.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and my experience with him was very good. It was very positive. The cost seemed to very reasonable. I had some scheduling issues and he set up an unintended analysis of my computer. He explained it as something he normally does for major clients. So he was very flexible to meet my needs and my timelines. I really appreciated that.

Went great. Could not fix my current computer but did allow me to get my other computer serviced.

It took bout five hours to get everything done. The Will be installing their virus protection soon.

They took their time to do an intensive tune up on my computer. They also gave me some suggestions for a computer for the future. They are very thorough. They defragmented, they looked for out of date programs, etc.

Promptly responded to inquiry, was able to address our problem within 24 hours. Worked remotely, and saved all of our data. We highly recommend them.

Called to make an appointment. Then at the appointment, a tech person called and set up a type of gotomeeting style remote access to the computer. He kept me on the phone for 15 minutes to confirm programs i did or did not install, and programs I did or did not want to keep, such as games I did not install, and then he reviewed and scanned my computer remotely while I did other things. It all was fine. I admit that initially I thought this was an anytime program, which allowed me to press a button remotely for automated service anytime, but this worked and went fine. He explained afterward what he did. I'd do it again

He did excellent. He stayed on until he got the problem resolved and just did a wonderful job. They only work on business hours during the week and I obviously work that time so I wasn’t here when he was here, so that was one negative thing. If you are in technical support, I suppose working on nights and weekends should be part of your itinerary. For time he spent that was over two hours, the price was good. I think he was a half hour or an hour late to arrive.

It went very well. They were professional, kept their appointment time and had wonderful customer service.

They were very helpful. Our computer "crashed" and even though we did not have Alexander's take care of the problem (the computer was too far gone), their representative was very helpful in advising what we should look for in a new computer based on our needs. I would recommend them to everybody.

Great. The tech explained everything she was going to do answered all questions, and was fast and efficient.

I wasn't really impressed with the service, it didn't seem to help.

I called to make an appointment for computer service. I scheduled the appointment for 9:30 a.m. on the 5th and verified twice before I hung up the phone. Well, 9:30 on the 5th came and went and they never called. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called and was told that the technician's reminder had not gone off so she didn't realize she had missed our appointment. She apologized and we started the appointment. After a few hours of service, there was really no significant change to the speed and performance of my computer. The technician told me that I would need a RAM upgrade for my computer to operate the way I want it to, but that doesn't explain why it runs much more slowly now than it did even one year ago. I feel it was good to have the clean-up done, but I don't feel they fixed my problem or that it was worth the money I paid for the service.

I'm very happy with the service I received and I would highly recommend them to others! I would use their servce again!

My computer had been running slowly on the internet and I was seeing a far greater amount of advertisement than usual. It was also not functioning as it had been in general. I contacted ATR on a Monday and the service was provided on Wednesday over the phone just as we had scheduled. Donna was very prompt and thorough during the process. She went through many details and asked questions when she needed to do so in order to make informed decisions. I was very pleased with her work and explanations of what she did and why. She was also willing to go through the programs that she downloaded on my computer with me and explain how best to use them. She genuinely wanted the job to be done well and make sure that I understood exactly what was going on. Thank you Donna for a job very well done. My computer works great now.
