They were wonderful. She just asked me a couple of real basic questions, like do you have a laptop or whatever and then she started running these scans. She said I'll call you back if I need you and here's my number to call me if you need me. So, she just took over the computer and I went on about my housework and she worked from 9 o'clock till pretty close to 1:45; I was really surprised. I like her punctuality too. I had a real old computer and she got it up and running really good. And she even gave me some tips on what kind of computer and how much memory needed, that kind of thing. They were very, very helpful and I've told two or three people about them already.

Alexander Technical Services, at my request, scheduled and conducted a remote scan, clean-up, and repairs of my laptop. Initially I was fairly happy with their work. Unfortunately, a few weeks later I found I was continuing to have some problems with my computer. When I contacted ATS with questions and request for help, they were minimally responsive. I received a couple of emails saying they would see if they could help, but never actually received further help. My computer is still giving me problems but I doubt if I would use ATS again. Initially I was fairly happy with their work, but when I was unable to get assistance with continuing problems I felt that I had not received good services.

It was okay but some of the primary things I was concerned about did not get fixed.

Having had many years of experience with computer techs, I can grade none any higher than Donna Vogler who tackled my computer problems with determination and professionalism until each and every one of them (which were numerous on my aging computer) were resolved to our mutual satisfaction. | |I could ask no more and definitely will use this firm and hopefully the same tech if and when I encounter any new issues.

After having a terrible experience with another company, it was a delight to work with Spencer. He was thorough in checking for problems on my computer and cleaning them up. He spent almost 3 1/2 hours working on my computer. He informed me that there are two modules on my computer that are not working correctly, so they may cause errors to occur and advised me not to pour too much money into this computer since it was probably only going to last another 2 years. I appreciated his honesty. I would definitely use his services again.

It went well. They couldn't really solve the problem that we had but they called and work with that a little bit. I think overall, it was a positive experience. They were punctual and explain everything that they could. We had some wireless connectivity problems with our laptop.

Found 6 viruses which was making the computer run slow. It runs so much faster now and I was able to watch as she fixed it so it gave me into a clue of which ones were the viruses!!!!!! Donna was awesome and i would definitely recommend them to fix a computer! I will use them again!

Remotely tuned up my slow computer. Did a check for viruses and spyware and installed free antivirus/spyware protection. Donna was fantastic - called at the scheduled time and explained what she was going to do. It took several hours but it was not necessary to sit by my computer. I would recommend ATR to anyone needing a tune-up for their computer.

They brought my computer back to life. They went above and beyond to fix my computer.

My computer was filling up no matter what I deleted. Alexander tried very hard to fix it for five hours, but in the end, nothing changed. The rep was great but in the end, I paid for a fix to my problem and the problem was not fixed.

I can't remember the exact date but the experience was very good. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They explained to me the condition of my laptop and gave me some very good recommendations on how to make it last longer. Also getting a eternal backing up of files. I would recommend them to customers that don't know how to choose a PC repair company.

The service was fine. It was done remotely, and I did not need to be at my computer for most of the time the service was performed. The service tech did a good job of cleaning up my computer and improving the performance.

As scheduled, I received a called from Donna Vogler, an employee of Alexander Technical Resources, to let me know she was the person responsible for servicing my computer. The first thirty minutes was to assist her in getting set up by responding to questions she asked regarding my computer: usage, the number of people who use the computer, etc. It took approximately six and a half hours to completely service my computer. When she was finished she called to let me know the job was done, she made some recommendations about my computer and the operating system, and encouraged me to call if I had any more questions or assistance. Also, because of the age of the computer, it would still be slow. However, it is better than before. I would give her and the company an A+++

Thomas tried for 2 hours to gain remote access. He put me on hold while he talked with others hoping to find a way around the virus. After two hours he said he could not help me. He recommended I look to Angieslist for a good local resource. He apologized that he could not solve the problem. I asked what I owed and he said nothing because they were not able to fix the problem. I was amazed. He also told me that Windows XP was no longer going to be supported after early April, 2014 and I might want to upgrade if my computer was able to be upgraded to Windows 7. Otherwise look for a replacement, possibly a used unit for around $200. With treatment like this I definitely will use their service anytime I have any problems or concerns. They are top notch ethical professionals.

I purchased a big deal for this company. It was excellent. They did in on-line. The work was outstanding. They responded within two days of my request. The work required a full day and yet they completed all the the work for $99. They come with the highest recommendation. They started at 9:30 in the morning on a Friday and they were still going at it 11 PM Friday night. The trouble was the computer was very, very slow, that sort.

I purchased a big deal for this company. They were excellent. The guy was just very patient, he was very thorough. Took a lot of time to really clean up the computer. I was just very impressed with how thorough they were. The work was done over the phone.

The computer's running like an (aged) champion once more. Perhaps a little long in the tooth, but it's using what it's got thanks to the tune up!

While he spent a few hours "cleaning" my computer remotely, and while the speed improved and the malware disappeared, I have learned I have to wait a while for the full results. Previously I hired a "geek" promoted by Angies List to help me with some computer issues. I thought he was great. Gave him a good review and I hired him again at a higher price. However later I found so many glitches in the computer that I could not handle, nor could he when I recontacted him, and I ended up spending hours on the phone with the manufacturer and eventually fixed things myself. I feel the Atlanta specialist, Spencer Alexander, was frank and more explanatory of my computer's issues, and he flagged some issues that I should be monitoring in the future. Plus I know he spent several hours in the process.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and Spencer and the whole team at ATR! Spencer spent the entire 4 hours going through my son's computer and it runs so fast that my son is in awe! Thanks again Spencer!!!

This is the second time I've gotten help from ATR and the second time was even better than the first. My computer was a mess - full of infections and slow-slow-slow. Spencer did the work the day after I contacted him - six hours of work, including two long scans. He fixed EVERYTHING, patiently and efficiently. The infections are gone and the computer runs much, much faster. He also loaded anti-virus, anti-spyware and cleaner SW along with clear instructions of how and how often to use them. My computer is 5 years old and I had thought about buying a new one to correct the problems. Not necessary! This baby's running like it's a toddler.

These folks are great. Donna was very professional and patient. She explained why my computer wasn't functioning the way it should. She spent a little more time cleaning up the computer than the allotted time and then apologized for taking so long! My computer functions great now and I couldn't be more pleased. My only minor issue was trying to schedule an appointment. These folks are so good that they must be swamped with calls and it was hard to get through to a real live person to schedule a time. Other than that, it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

Spencer called and set the time that the work would be done. He called promptly at the desiginated time and we hooked him to my computer. It took him four hours to complete the process and he was very thorough. The computer is quite old and uses XP. Spencer gave me valuable information and the fact that updates will stop in April. So I will be buying another computer before that time. The computer runs much faster but the sound cannot be restored. I would definitely use him again.

Spencer was very knowledgeable and very thorough. The process took about four hours, and we communicated by phone and email during the cleanup, but my continuous presence was not required for the entire process. The end result was exactly what I had hoped; my computer now runs faster and is free of the malicious pop-ups and programs.that were affecting productiivity.

An attempt was made to remotely fix my computer. The service provider was unable to fix it. I had been told by Spencer that I would not be charged if they were unable to fix my computer.

Donna was very helpful. Everything is working beautifully. Donna explains everything as she goes along. She is very warm, unlike most techies that I've known in the past.
