Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He identified the problems very quickly and even gave advice for improvements that I could do on my own.

All went as planned, Took about 4 hours, removed several corrupted programs. Answered my questions and offered several suggestions for improved computer use.

Made appointment, connected remotely, they diagnosed the problems and cleaned up the machine. Runs MUCH better now.

Alexander Technical Resources (Thomas) was excellent. He called at the appointed time and was very professional throughout the call. I had a lot of malware on my computer and he debugged it all. It took him all day on Saturday- the service call started at 10AM finished up around 8PM. Yeah my computer was a mess. Through out the remote computer repair he would call me to make sure he did not delete any program I wanted or just explain why it was taking so long. He had to run a lot of anti-malware software and cleaning software-it all took time. The best part of Thomas's efforts was that when he came across a particularly difficult problem, he researched the problem and even called co-workers. Keeping me informed the whole time. Malware had affected my homepage and he had a h*** of a time cleaning it up but he never gave up and finally fixed the problem. He found a lot of malware on my computer, I had not had my computer cleaned up in years. The results are that my computer runs very fast once again and no annoying adware popping up. This was the best money I spent in a long time - it saved my computer. Thomas was very knowledgeable and committed to cleaning my computer I highly recommend Alexander Technical Resources ( by the way there is a real Alexander -the owner) and Thomas especially.

He wasn't able to get them all off. One of the virus got into my operation system and they couldn't get it out. I either need to get a new computer or find someone who can reinstall my operation system

Spencer was excellent! He was most patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable and handled every situation that unexpectantly popped up in an expert manner and expediously. Due to the slowness of my internet connection, the process took longer than expected. But Spencer stayed with it, even though I think it was more of an investment of time than we both expected. The $99 cost was more than well spent with the service received. Definitely will contact the company again for future services and help.

I can't remember the date of the service nor the cost but they were OK. I still had some problems after the service but brought the device in to a local company to complete the clean up process. Not sure if remote is the best way to handle computer problems.

They did a lot of work and were easy to work with but the work didn't really help much and caused some other minor problems.

I scheduled the appointment for early on Saturday and was informed that the technician (Thomas) would call me within a 30 minute window of the appointment time. True to their word Thomas called me as scheduled and he was very professional as he explained everything that he was going to do with my computer. In addition he gave me a couple of tips on how to try and keep malware from infecting my system and added a couple of programs that I could use to ID potential problems and remove them from my system. I was very happy with their service and it only took 2.5 hours to fix my system. If I would have taken my computer in to a place like Best Buy, they more than likely would have kept it for a day or two while they tried to fix it. This is much easier and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

.Everything went well. Donna called on time and worked until she got everything fixed. I was pleased by her service very much.

They came on time, they were friendly and courteous and made sure I understood what they were doing.

They provided a great service. It was a DSL problem and not a problem with my computer. They helped me with everything through the phone. They were helping me for about 6 hours. The price was reasonable and they did a good job. The person on the phone was very nice and told me exactly what she was going to do, and that she would get back with me after the program was over.

They even installed a malware removal tool that could assist our current Norton application in keeping our computer bug free. Do not hesitate to use this service. It was a lifesaver.

Donna serviced my computer remotely. She worked on it for several hours and did a great job. The computer ran faster and stuff that was taking up space was removed.

The person who worked with me was very helpful, worked around my schedule, and was able to fix the issues.

The lady called promptly at the agreed on time and I logged into her system. She took control of my computer and reviewed the system and applications programs. I had just installed Windows 8.1 and had considerable problems with malware and compatibility between programs. She systematically cleaned up all programs and added a security program. She worked about 3 hours and my computer really runs better.

The malware on my computer was removed; however, at least one file from my security software was either corrupted or deleted. I could not update my database. Ultimately I had to purchase another package and lose a year off my original software. Not too happy about that.

They did a great job. The technician worked very hard and did more than what the promotion was worth. I have never worked with someone that was this intelligent, knowledgeable, and would talk with me and not at me. I was explained the work being done so I would understand what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very impressed. I will be using them to set up my new computer once I purchase it. Getting this appointment set up easy as well.

They made appt and kept it. Our PC worked much better after their service.

It went great. He was able to look into my computer over the phone and told me I had a disaster. He was able to reset it and cleaned out all the viruses. It's working great now.

Ms Donna Vogler, computer technician at Alexander Technical Resources (ATR), called me on the phone on the scheduled time and date. She was very clear in providing instructions. She performed an excellent job during several hours, achieving a total eradication of the malware that had infected my computer. She was responsive and extremely helpful at all times during this process. She provided me with explanations as needed. Overall, I am impressed by the quality of service she provided. I will certainly get back to ATR in the future if I need that kind of assistance and I will strongly recommend this company which I consider as a very top provider.
