I loved working with Spencer. He did a full clean up of my computer. I felt like I was talking to a friend. He was very informative & thorough and didn't make me feel inadequate when I didn't know certain computer details. Alexander Technical will be my "go-to" place for all my computer needs. I absolutely LOVE them!

ATR was great. On my initial call, they explained very clearly what they would do and check for and the pricing associated with that. While talking to Donna, the tech, and while she had remote access, we went through the programs to make sure ones I wanted were not removed. Then she took over and started to work on my computer. I had am IM box where I could communicate with her, if necessary, but did not need to and when she was done, she called me back so I could check and tell her if I saw any problems. I didn't and could see the difference right away with how much better my computer was performing. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

That turned out very well. I thought the technician was an expert and he definitely took his time. My computer got fast and this was the first time I have ever had this service done. He gave me some recommendations for the problems. It was a 30 minute appointment and he stayed with me for over an hour. He answered all my questions very thoroughly as well. The telephone reception was also very clear; I was in Texas and he was in Georgia. A receptionist called ahead to see what the issues were so that he was already head when he got to the phone appointment he was prepared. Customers of his should have other activities to do, because there are some diagnosing and downloading things that he needs to do. Do not go into this thinking that it will take the 30 minutes, because if there is more time needed he will allow for that.

I was very impressed with the service and the friendliness of this company. I was contacted and given an appointment within a couple of days. The day of my appointment I was called on time and she just made me feel so at ease and listened to everything I had to say. My computer is running so much better and she explained so much to me. I am definitely having this done at least on a yearly basis, it is so worth it. Not having to take everything into a repair shop not to mention the last time we had our computer service it was really messed up by Staples. Never ran the same until now!! Thank you so much ATR I will highly recommend your company to everyone I know.

I have Windows XP on my computer. The repairman said that Windows XP will no longer be supported as of April of this year. He stated I would be better off to put my $99 toward a new computer rather than repair my old one. He also stated that they would be willing to put that $99 toward helping me to set up my new computer once I bought it, if I wanted. I told him I hadn't budgeted for a new computer just now so I would probably just request a refund. I was very appreciative of his concern. He was very helpful.

I was very happy with the service. Even though this was a special offer for 99 I was not charged any more than the initial fee. I would definitely use Donna again.

I don't know who I was speaking with but I let them take over my computer and whe they wanted to charge me a minimum of $600 to fix it I stoped the contact. I then went on Angie's list and chose this provider. They were wonderful. My computer works better now than it has in years and they solved the issue with my password in minutes. They were very patient with me. I was in a state of panic and could hardly talk at times. I was so worried. The other people told me that my computer had been hacked and that my password had been changed and non of that was true. I would recommend these people to anyone who needed help with their computer.

I highly recommend Alexander Technical Resources to anyone in need of having their computer system calibrated and in a speedy, error free working order. My computer was very slow, all programs did not respond when trying to access them and there was 17 malware threats in need of attention. I first engaged Alexander for a tune up and was delighted to have Donna attend to my problem. It took her 3 1/2 hours and all I was charged was a special sale price of $99.00. You can't beat that anywhere. The day after the tune up I found more delays and difficulty in accessing certain programs. Spencer came to my rescue and after 1 1/2 hours he fine tuned my computer, cleared the malware threats and cleaned up un-used programs and icons. To me, having years of computer challenges, I can honestly say that Alexander Technical Resources has been the best service I ever engaged. I won't go anywhere else if future problems exist with my computer.

My computer is slower and more pop up laden after the service than before. If they could not diagnose and fix my computer's sluggish performance they should have been able to tell me before they started.

Donna Vogler was very helpful and responsive to all of my needs. She answered all of my questions in a very punctual and professional manner. It took 4.5 hours to do the work and she did it very well. My computer is now in much better shape.

He was really helpful. He was able to remove viruses and keep the applications I needed and gave me a gameplan as to what I can do on a regular basis to keep it from getting like that again. He called me right away and it was done remotely. The price seemed reasonable.

The technician did the work remotely. He called when he was supposed to and worked on the computer for 4 hours. My computer is a dinosaur (8 years old now) but he cleaned it up as best he could and gave me some very good advice about purchasing a newer model. Well worth the price paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a really good job. They call back periodically to check back and update. They worked with me through the whole process. The work was good and there were no problems. I didn't spend any additional. The experience was positive. It was done online. I would most definitely use them again.

Everything was fine. I spoke to the provider to schedule the service, but I was able to resolve the issue myself. I have tried to contact the provider to cancel the appointment, but have not received a call back yet.

Computers were cleaned via remote connection and could see a major difference for one and the second required additional memory. Slight delay due to the Atlanta snow emergency, but the memory was installed today. First computer was handled by Donna and the second a week later was handled by Thomas. Both were extremely competent, helpful and pleasant. Answered all questions regarding computers.

Provider did that which he said he would do. He appeared to be thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

He did everything that they said that they would do. He was very polite and nice and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, my computer went out entirely the next week. I hoped it would last a little longer after the service.

l feel lucky to have employed this company for the job. Finding the corrupted program took an exceptional commitment to excellence and a will to see the job through, which took considerable time. I had to upgrade to the $99 coupon from the $59 initial investment, but it was more than worth it. I can only praise the effort and say there was nothing left undone. I was constantly informed of what was being undertaken and educated at the same time. Nothing but praise if offered here.

Technician was not familiar with Outlook 2013, he tried using repair methods for Outlook 2010 without success. This was a non-productive use of my time and a $99 special offer from Angie's list. When I got off the phone with Alexander's technical resources, I then arranged for a local Tucson IT vendor on Angie's list to come to the house to fix the Outlook problem the next day. The Tucson IT person discovered malware that was causing the problem, got rid of the malware and restored the Outlook operation.

They were awesome! They responded very quickly and Donna was very patient (even though I’m not computer-savvy). This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others. I’ll be using them for my husband’s computer soon. My computer has been running great since she did the tune-up. They were one of the top providers I’ve found on the List!

Donna was extremely patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to take her by surprise. She seemed genuinely interested in my being happy with my computer and made the absolute best use of our time.

Very well. Made appointment for end of week. Was called promptly at 9am, spoke briefly to tech. and then she took over computer for several hours while I went about my business. She removed Malware and other things that slow down computer, answered questions and made suggestions to keep computer running optimally.

My system runs much faster now and while I run into sites which give me problems it's because I need to migrate to a new Computer/OS/Browser. All in all I'm very satisfied with their efforts.

Spencer got in touch with me promptly and scheduled a call-in time to perform services. He was right on time, worked diligently, and followed up to give me some advice. Top notch service.
