He did a very good job, everything was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me well.

They were really good. The computer had a lot of malware on it and I know it was a lot of work and he was really diligent and good. the whole episode was good, excellent. It was even done remotely. You can watch was he was doing from this end. He was also very persistent. I would have given up because I have used a computer for a long time and I've never had such trouble with that malware and it was a new computer. I guess I didn't download all the programs that I should have. He just did everything and he was on it about 5 hours or so working on it. He just did a great job. He is also very nice. I spent $99 on it and could have spent more if I have done it elsewhere. I had no complains about him at all.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. She had to stay almost 8 hours. I apologized and she said that it was all right and she would be here until she got it squared away. It still doesn't work as fast as I would like but I only have 2 gigabytes and she said that I need to increase it. She made some suggestions and she cleared it up. A lot of the things that were happening before are not happening now. She put a couple of safe guards on. I was very pleased with her patience because there were a couple of things that she was trying to do and she stayed with it. I was quite pleased. She did everything by phone. I did not pay any additional. The price was great and I was satisfied with it. The quality was excellent. They called me back within a few hours of my call and set it up for the next day so their timing was good. She was very professional and even when she was working and I asked questions, she didn't brush me off.

I will continue to use them for my computer needs. They did it remotely. You pay them, then you turn over the control of your computer to them and they will do it remotely. They were personable. They were professional and they did not stop helping me until the issue was resolved.

They called to link to the PC by remote, and then I was free to do other things until they were done. They called me by phone to let me know all was complete.

When I was scheduling my appointment, their technician asked what the basics were I was seeking their assistance on. I advised the "error messages" my computer was relating to me, after which their research advised it was a hardware problem that could not be resolved online, and to seek a refund. Subsequently, we scheduled a repair on a similar coupon for my wife's computer which was performed 3/16/2014 to our satisfaction. We found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thanks for the recommendation.

Everything went well. The first technician was very good, but the second technician I spoke with rushed me a little bit.

I had a 4 hour plus purging of my computer by Donna who was very pleasant and just great to talk to. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. About a week later I called back because I still had one minor problem that still existed which was the letters seemed to skip around all of the time when I was typing an email or any typing project. We set up another appointment with Donna for I believe 3/8 and she called me back in a timely manor. She worked on my laptop again for about an hour and she figured out what the problem was and repaired or corrected it for me. These people are great! Donna is the best!

Donna signed on to my computer remotely and within 4 hrs we were smooth sailing again. She also sent me her email and phone number to contact her if something came up in the next few weeks that were missed. Very nice, and a bunch easier than taking the computer to a store.

Very positive experience. Because of many issues, updates could not be run and had not been updated for over a year. The representative worked for hours cleaning everything up and setting up protection to prevent future problems. As a result, I was able to give the computer to my grandson, who is thrilled! I would not hesitate to recommend this provider!

They tried to fix it but told me that it is an internal issue I will have to take to a shop. There is something in my computer blocking them accessing my system.

Donna is a miracle worker! She removed several items of malware and now the computer runs like new. She was friendly, professional and, best of all, never made me feel like an idiot.

I spoke with them and they tried to work on my computer but they were not able to get it working. She even admitted that they did not success and suggested I get as refund.

The session started on time. I thought my helper was a little abrupt with me, but he clearly knew what he was doing. The computer had been crashing frequently when I was using the internet and now it is working much, much better. My only disappointment is that I still cannot load TurboTax onto my computer, but that may be a problem with TurboTax software rather than anything this company could do remotely. They did a good job, but next time I think I will take the computer to a local person and get everything I need done at the time, particularly if it involves trying to load some new software in addition to a clean up.
