I made an appointment with them and they did not show up. The woman told me I had to pay an additional $40 when the techinician came. He never called and he never showed up.

The computer tune up took a lot longer than I expected. This was a two man project. The first technician was very professional and pleasant, but when his work hours ended I was handed over to a second technician. He wasn't as professional or pleasant but efficient.

Bought the $99 deal from Angie;s list. I called and scheduled an appt. Donna did give me points on how to fix one of the problems the day of the schedule. Spencer called the day of the appt. He told me he was sick and apologized for sounding ill. He ran the clean up. Anytime I spoke to Spencer he came off very rude. I thought it was because he was sick. When he would ask me computer rated questions, it was as if I was an idiot for some of the choices I made. I like using chrome instead of internet explorer. Some of the ways I was starting my computer. I noticed right away my computer was still super slow starting up and when I tried to get into programs. I emailed Spencer on Angies List. Thank you Melodie Haas As I said in the email I tried calling, but their was no name of their company on the voice mail. I didn't know if I had the correct company or not. Never received a phone call from him. The reason that I asked if he may have missed something is because he did miss something during the initial clean up. Then he caught it while I was on the phone with him and had to call me back. He was sick and I know that when I am sick I am not performing at my best. My computer was still super slow. Then less than three weeks later I receive the blue screen of death. I have read their reviews and any time Spencer has a negative review his tone is VERY defensive. Instead of being business like he starts making comments of the person. He even spoke about a person's mental state, which is so unprofessional. Also, I tried getting a refund from Angie's list but they sent me to the wrong refund area. So I never received the $99 back.

The technician called on time (the work was done remotely), was extremely polite and professional, and completed the service in the amount of time promised. She explained the work she did, but my computer's performance has not noticeably improved (I don't know if that's something they could have fixed).

They called when they said they would. They "took over" my computer remotely. They explained what they were going to do & what would be accomplished & how long it should take. Everything was done just as they said. Complete satisfaction. I would recommend their service & I would use again.

There was no trouble with scheduling and no additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. He was able to go in and repair something that a previous computer specialist had not installed properly. It turned out very out good and liked him. He was professional and answered all of my questions. I haven?t had any trouble on the computer since.

Alexander Technical Resources were not very responsive. They did not get in contact with me after I purchased the Big Deal. I had to look up their number to call them. They fixed my computer, remotely, over the phone, long distance. My computer was better, but it wasn't fixed. I've bought other Big Deals, where the companies have called me immediately after I purchased the Big Deal, but they never did. I had to contact them. But once we set a time for the repair, they did honor the time. The person I talked to was very nice. But I took my computer to someone else, someone local, and they fixed it instead. The price was okay.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. There was one glitch that popped up after they left so I called them back and he straightened it out immediately. It was a fair price and the lady I spoke with, Donna, was very nice and pleasant.

The company removed all unwanted files improving the overall performance.

This was the FIRST time a technician has explained things to me in a manner I could easily understand. Donna speaks non-tech, and she was great. She was efficient, did the job, explained the problem, invited me to call any time. I could not ask for more.

Called Alexander Technical Service made an appointment for Monday at 17:00 hrs. Tom called at 18:00 hrs investigated the problem fixed it and was done in approx.have the time allocated for the repair. Service was excellent.

I called them. They fixed it. They were very responsive.

Hi, I contracted through Angie's List with Alexander Technical Resources to help with some computer problems I was having. They tried to fix the issues and were not able to successfully correct the problem. They were extremely pleasant and tried their best, but unfortunately I'm still having the same problems (which is not being able to use the Chrome and Firefox browsers). I thought they were going to credit me the charge but I recently received my credit card bill and the charge of $59 from Angie's List is on there with no credit. When I just spoke to them they said I need to go through Angie's List for the credit. So can you please let me know the process I need to follow or what needs to be done in order to resolve this and receive the credit. Thank You, Jay Feit

The providers were very professional and just were not able to address my problem.

WoW! I was in a bind at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Never expected to get such awesome and responsive service. They asked me to set an appointment and I said I needed help right away and boom...they went to work on my problem and a little while later I was up and running again. My PC is a lot faster now and my printer is once again working. They didn't take payment until my problem was solved. That was awesome customer service. Use them. You won't regret it.

Donna Volger spent four hours remotely working on my computer. She was very patient, professional and courteous. I had a major corruption problem with Windows Live contact manager , registration problems and others. She made the remote connection and gave me the option of leaving the computer and doing things I needed to do around the house. She explained how I could contact her over the internet if I had questions. She said she would call me when she was finished. I chose to watch the procedure online and felt I learned a few things. I did contact her a few times and she responded immediately. All my problems were corrected and the same service would have cost $200- $300 elsewhere. Excellent price, excellent service! I am very satisfied and will recommend the company to anyone who is in need of outstanding computer service!!

It went fine. He was very kind and nice. It took him two days to repair and cleaned it. He had to order the key board and the skin for the key board.

Everything was acceptable EXCEPT when the tech asked me to click the eye ball icon to show my password, stating let's make sure you entered the password correctly. SORRY but that is SO WRONG! Like it would be a big deal if it was incorrectly typed? Possibly less than an extra minute would be wasted if I had to reenter it? Sorry, but because of that one issue - I will not use this service again.

The guy came to the house. He was nice and very professional. He got the job done in about an hour. He said if anything went wrong with it to give him a call, and took the responsibility for any future mishaps. He also showed up on time.

My computer was too messed up to go online to receive treatment. Tech was prompt and polite. I tossed the computer & forgot to notify you.

I had mistakenly downloaded some malicious programs and every time I went to a website, all sorts of things would pop up and I couldn't get rid of them. I looked at Angies list and this was the top rated company who could do it remotely. I had also called a local company, but I would have had to take my PC to them. This price was mid range and the company had lots of positive reviews. I called the company first to see when they could do it as I was going to be out of town. They scheduled it at my convenience, on a day and time that was good for me, as well as scheduling it before I purchased the coupon. Spencer called at exactly the time he said he would and was able to clean my computer remotely. I don't know what all Spencer did, but the popups haven't come back and my computer seems to run faster!

Great recommendations, went and upgraded memory and no further issues are occuring with the computer.
