Not great, given that they were unable to resolve my problem. They were, however, professional and quite punctual.

The lady was nice, but I always had the feeling she was doing 2 customers at once. I still have all of the viruses and malware on my computer. I don't feel I have done anything but pay $99.

Was very happy with technician who helped and with results. Everything purring again now.

My Mac hadn't been checked out for several years, so I took advantage of the Angie's List coupon. An appointment was set and met, and the work was completed in one hour. The best indication that it had made a difference was that when I next ran Mac Keeper, the computer was found to be in to condition and functioning very well indeed. I will definitely have ATR perform this work for me in the future and I will take any problem I have with it directly to ATR.

They were fantastic! Very happy. It's like having a new computer. On time and did exactly what they would do.

Called made appt. They called me on time. Found out all of the issues I was having. (lots of them) she got online onto my computer. Spent 3 hours taking care of everything. I did not have to stay on the phone, but was able to chat with her on the computer if needed. She called when she completed everything, followed up with any additional issues. My computer is just like new!!!! Didn't have to even get dressed, leave the house, take my computer in and leave it with anyone. I could watch everything she was doing. But I could also do what I needed to do and not be on the phone with her. $99 for her 3 hours of work. AWSOME deal.

They were able to accommodate me due to my availability on weekends only. The technician was prompt about connecting with me at the agreed-upon time. The work was done "remotely" and was obviously first-rate as the end result was exactly what I had hoped for - a restored computer! The work was thorough and afterwards the computer was like a new one. Amazing! In short, the technician saved my sorry butt from the mess I had inadvertently created and was unable to resolve on my own. This company is an A+ one for obvious reasons. They are prompt and do what they say they will without presenting excuses about why they can't or won't. There was no attempt to upsell me anything. The technician answered all my question without resorting to techno-speak so that I was able to understand what was happening, what the problem was and he friendly to boot. I recommend them highly!

My MS Windows kept failing updates and the system was getting slower every day. Spencer was the person assigned to me and he went through everything cleaning house and putting things back in order and getting rid of useless clutter. He got to a point where Windows would not allow access to Safe Mode after a reboot and got into a hamster-wheel situation no matter what he tried. He spent a very long time trying to solve the problem all the while handling his office's business during scans and even canceled a couple of upcoming appointments so he could continue working on my system. When he finally decided to stop he told me that he had another call scheduled within thirteen minutes and that he needed to take a quick break and get some Advil. He said that either he or another technician would contact me the following day and resume trying to solve the problem. The following day I was contacted by Stephanie and she was able to make some progress but finally suggested I use my MS Windows CD and reinstall it and see if that would correct the problem. When she was finished walking me through the reinstall process and answered my questions we proceeded to the payment for services process and to my astonishment she only charged me the original $59.00. When I asked her if she was sure I did not owe more due to the extensive amount of time that she and Spencer had spent working for me she said no, because they had not been able to fix the original problem. Now That Is Customer Service!!! I cannot say enough good things about Alexander Technical Resources and would recommend them to everyone who needs any type of computer work. And the big bonus??because it is remote assistance you don?t even have to leave your home. GREAT COMPANY!

I purchased the 99.00 deal and they contacted me that Day for an Appointment day and time. Their Tech Thomas called on time and I went to a web site where it was set up he could take over. He was friendly and Knew his job. He went through it with me and ask what I want to Keep. He took over Computer and removed over 1600 pieces of malware and viruses. When Finished He called and told all the things he did. He did a good job

It was fine. They did exactly what they were supposed to do, the computer ran great and I had virtually no involvement from me. I gave them access to the computer and they did their thing so it worked out very well. It was all done online, they didn't come to the house. I thought it was a good price. I don't know everything they did but it took about 2 hours. They were prompt, polite and they were excellent all around.

Very well. The Technician contacted me over the phone at a pre described time and together we initiated the process. Donna, the tech, listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions. She proceeded to take over the controls of my PC from her end and removed damaging files. When she was done she called me to let me know what all she did and then asked that I try my computer to see if I was happy with the results. I was very happy with all work preformed.

The lady who I was dealing with, Donna, was courteous knew her job and got the problem fixed.

The service was fine. She did a very good job and she was efficient. They were never over but did it online. It took about two hours to complete because I went online and got the wrong Adobe which had a lot of junk instead of getting the direct one. I got a site that had Adobe but some how I got a lot of ads that went with it so she had to go ahead and clean that up which took an hour. It wasn't her fault.

I was having difficulty connecting to the internet earlier this month and called. I was informed specifically what I needed to do to reboot my router. Once I was told exactly what to try, I was asked to call back in 15 minutes to let them know if it worked or did not work. I called back and was informed there was no charge. ATR is the only company that I use for computer support for myself and my husband.

My computer was loaded with malware. I thought that it was hopeless and that I would have to buy a new one.They cleaned it up so that it worked like new. They are always prompt, reliable, and efficient.

It was excellent. My computer had a lot of malware on it and they fixed the whole thing. They setup the appointment and they actually called back on time. I already used them twice. The 1st time I used them, the price started out at $59 but they needed more time so they gave me a deal. The pricing was okay.

Called exactly when scheduled. Courteous, spent time explaining what she would do. Proceeded to take control and cleaned up unwanted files, etc. Our computer now runs faster, smoother, without hangups. Woo hoo! Worth the money.

Overall everything went fine. It is simply that I fixed the computer we needed serviced and the service is no longer needed

The techs listened and explained well what was going on and why. Their time was dedicated to you...no hurry...just digging into the computers problems, especially the ones that where unknown. They gave me more than my money's worth. They take over your computer and you can see what is happening to do the fixes. Best and easiest thing I have done with my computer. If u think u can solve the issues, forget it, go with this group. ( unless u are highly qualified) ,

The service was fine, he did what he needed to, but the computer is still running slow, but that may be because it is old, but they did what they had to do, and they were fine.

They were on time in calling me and setting up the computer so that they could work computer to computer. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They even called me back to tell me what they had done and how much "malware" they had removed. Very pleased with the service

My computer was cleaned by Donna yesterday. She did an amazing job and got rid of a bunch of malware. She was also very nice, patient and professional. I definitely recommend Alexander Technical Resources to anyone needing their computer tuned-up. Thanks again, Donna.

Our technician, Spencer, went above and beyond the call of duty with our problem with some hitches. He worked on our computer for over 4 hours on the day before Easter. He couldn't install the anti-virus software and worked on it some more today for another hour. He got us up and running!!! He is very professional and represents his company very well!!
