the same day i called they fixed my computer. it was running slow and after they were done it was back to running fast again. There is no more problems. I am happy i called them. they done a great job

She did everything she said she was going to do and did it in the time she said she would. And she did it all by remote control. I didn't have to take my computer to her location!

they called at the scheduled appointment time and went right to work, taking over my computer and getting right to the task at hand. we conversed several times during the operation , but they did most of the work without my assistance. after it was all done she explained to me in detail all the steps she took to perform a variety of clean up tasks on the computer. she offered advice as to my virus protection. per her advice i installed a virus protection program she recommended and it has worked great. she actually sent me a followup e-mail to thank me and give me her info for future use or assistance.

Very professional, took extra time to get it done correctly. Have not had any issues since it was fixed.

They did an excellent job. Spent 3-4 hours running scans and got rid of bad malware. My computer ran much faster after the scan. At least 2x as fast. Great thing was, I did not have to disconnect it, haul it into a repair center and wait to see if I'd get it back. They did entire repair remotely and I could even watch them do the scan from my computer screen. Excellent service. Recommended.

The service was performed remotely, which was very convenient for me. I called to tell them I purchased their $99 deal. He was very pleasant to speak with. We set up a time the following week (Sat.) for them to call me at home so I could give them access to my computer. They called right on time; 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I described the issues I was having with my 1 yr. old laptop, they described what the issues could be caused by, they accessed my computer remotely, said it would take approximately 4 hours and they would call me when it was done. Right around the 4th hour I received a phone call saying it was complete and did I have any questions. I was thrilled! Very professional people, sense of humor and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will definitely take advantage of their service on a regular basis so my computer doesn't get so messed up.

After establishing contact at a prearranged time and answering a few questions, I was able to leave the room. I am extremely pleased with the results of this service. My computer operates like new.

It was really great and it turned out good. They did the service remotely. They did a nice job. They gave me some helpful pointers in the future that I could use. They got the job done in just a few hours and they did the job while I was traveling for work. They called me to let me know that everything was taken care of.

I originally talked with Spencer and was told to call in. When I called in he let me know he couldn’t keep the original 8am appointment. He told me to call back at Noon and then they were having technical problems. He didn’t handle things very professionally. I had taken the day off work to take care of this and other things. Spencer never got back with me that night. The next day I spoke with Donna and she worked with me and was very patient and helpful. There were supposed to be additional costs and because of the previous day's issues they did not charge me for this.

That worked out just fine. They did the service right away. They did a maintenance check since the computer was running slow. They took some programs off that didn’t need to be on there and made sure there were no viruses. It took them about an hour and they did the service remotely.

Donna Vogeler was the tech. She was Wonderful! I had picked up multiple things that she removed. She cleaned up other things slowing down my computer. When we were initially done, and I restarted my computer I found that I could not see videos such as youtube. She worked like a dog to get these restored. even suggested a malware defense product to use so this does not reoccur. No complaints, no extra charging Just completed everything to get the computer working properly. I now can see youtube, Netflix etc! malwarefree. Cannot say enough good about this company. I am now the president of Donna's fan club. I will certainly be referring friends to their service. They are thorough, efficient and honest.

We had a little bit of trouble getting scheduled, but once we did everything went smoothly. They explained that the problem with scheduling was with scheduling through Angie’s List and them not forwarding the information and if we had contacted them directly, we wouldn’t have had any problem. There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate of deal. They completed the tune-up remotely. The price for the service was fair and in the middle of road. They got a rid the problem I was having and removed the virus’s. They were very professional. It a good experience.

I had called Spencer and he set up a date. Originally I had wanted to see if I could clean my old system that was running very slow. When I had spoken to Donna she had informed me of the changes that were coming and informed me that even if we got the old computer up and running better along the road my system was going to be vulnerable. They could have easily taken my money right there and then, but she advised me and told me that I could keep the coupon and use it when I get a new system. Basically free technical advice. After I got my new system I called back and set up another date. Donna called me and she guided me through the process while I was on the phone and proceeded to do what she had to do on her end once I had given her access to the old computer. I had to set up two days since one day was to remove the files, then on the next day after I had set up my new system, Spencer called me and loaded my files to the new system. Even afterwards when I had a question about installing some software they answered my question.

I called ATR after we realized my wife's and my computers were having serious problem, lots of popups, and processes slowing to a crawl. I selected ATR because of the overwhelming number of positive reviews they deceived on Angie's List. I called ATR and set up appointments. The service said that they would call me on a certain date at certain time within a thirty minute window for doing the jobs. They were right on time for both sessions. Th person who helped me was Donna Vogler. While on the telephone she explained the whole process to me and the cost. She then walked me through the process of allowing her to operate my computer remotely. After she was into our systems she said it would take a few hours each to clean and tune both computers. She was right on time. When the cleaning and tuning were complete she explained that if we had further problems to contact her. She then took credit card information and backed out of our machines. As of now, a week later, both computers are working perfectly. She did an excellent job. I would use ATS in the future and would recommend her highly to anyone else. It was fine. He did what I asked him to do. I wanted him to do more and I was willing to pay more, however he didn’t want to do the extra work.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It's a little confusing I was waiting for them to call me and they actually just sent an e-mail, it seemed like they were going to call you back but they just sent an e-mail. It was a little confusing. But once I called and they did what they did, it was great. The service was fine, it was just a little confusing because you order information and the way the thing reads it sounds like they are going to call you back. I waited about two and a half weeks and I'm like you got my money but nothing has been done. But once I called them back they told me what do do. It was fine once I got a hold of them. They were fine. The guy, what they do is they call you and they get remote access to your computer and they just stay with you on the phone for about ten to fifteen minutes and they say they will call you back. If he does his thing for three or four hours they install a mal-ware software that helps out your computer and then my computer worked better, I can't complain at all.

Everything went okay. They fixed some problems but I feel that I did not get my money’s worth because I really did not get my computer fixed the way I liked it. The service was okay, it was not great and it was not terrible either. They did the work over the phone and over the internet. I don’t think they focused on the problem and they just did a generic cleaning up.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It was okay. It pretty much met my expectations of what I was hoping I would get out of it. They were not on time but that was because the guy put the wrong phone number down.

Our first session the computer was cleared of viruses and malware but printer still did not work. Called the next day and the problem was fixed.

I had all 5s except for the price where I said that that was a 4. There are several areas around here where you can take your computer in and they will do a diagnostic and fix it for free where I live, so I gave them a 4 for price and that was because I didn't have to leave my house or do anything. I really couldn't do anything. My computer runs great, it is fast. It has services on there that I didn't even know I had like Norton Security for a link or whatever which says that I can click on that. I never had that showing on my computer before. He also gave me some tips on how to keep issues like I was having from occurring in the future. I was very satisfied and my computer is still running great. I would give them an 'A' on everything and I give them a 'B' on price. I guess the main thing was that they were so knowledgeable. I have taken my computer to be fixed but never has it come back working as excellently as it has now. They know what they are doing. If you need your computer fixed, those are the guys to go to.

They emailed me right away after the purchase. I haven’t used it yet and my computer started working better actually. I hope to use the service soon though.

Response time to initial contact excellent. When I needed to reschedule the lovely woman who took the call was very helpful. When service was performed, Spencer was professional and patient.

Donna did wonderful! It took her 4 ½ hours and she did a great job! She went far beyond what I expected!
