Donna with ATR is an outstanding representative of the company. {give her a raise] After attempting to contact ATR online a couple of times, I called and got Donna. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She found MANY virus although I use Windows Defender on an HP. I would recommend ATR and Donna to anyone. Thank you.

That turned out just fine. They did the service remotely and it took about 2 hours. They did a pretty quick and thorough job. Just one technician did the tune up for us. We had to be there when we started up the computer and then we had to be close to a phone if there were any questions or issues.

Donna called me at the exact appointment time we set up. Very prompt. Very courteous and polite. She proceeded to explain all the details of exactly she was going to do to clean up my computer. By the end of the session she not only did what she was suppose to do but checked on a few other things for me. She did an excellent job. My computer is running better than ever. Thomas was my technician, and he was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was easy to understand and a minimum amount of effort was required on my part. He is very thorough and efficient. My computer has been working like it did when I bought it 3 years ago, so it was well worth the reasonable amount I paid for the services. I would definitely use Alexander Technical Services again and would recommend to my friends.

The service was prompt and well done. The computer runs much faster and no longer freezes up.

Had an issue with a program on my PC. Gentleman informed me he could not assist with that kind of repair and encouraged me to contact Angie's List regarding a refund.

Donna did a comprehensive job and did not watch the clock. Her prime concern was in satisfying my needs. Unfortunately, malewarebytes continues to identify a non-malicious file that we seem to be unable to remove. It does not cause any problems with the running of the computer. Having worked with Donna, I expect that she will figure it out even though it is not critical. The machine is running fine.

They did a very good job. I did not find a difference after they completed the work and contacted them again. Thomas spent three additional hours with me to speed it up and identify a couple of issues I had with memory that could be causing some of my issues. I would recommend them for an overall tune up of your computer.

I recently purchased a $99 service from Alexander Technical Resources to cleanup my current computer. After telling ATR about the operating system being Windows XP, they stated that Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and any work they do will more than likely be for not and the issues will return very quickly. They stated I should discuss my request for a refund with Angie's List. Therefore, I am sending this email. ATR was very cooperative and helpful. Can you please refund my $99 for this service due to the above stated issue? Thanks. Jeff Varano

My son's laptop was running very slowly, and we knew it had a ton of net junk on it. ATR spent 4 hours cleaning everything up and getting the PC back to normal. He offered additional suggestions (not ones that would make them more money :)), and even gave me some extra hints about a separate issue I was having with another laptop. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Donne cleaned up the computer and answered all my questions regarding how to keep my computer from getting into such as mess and how to properly use the anti-malware program that was left on my computer, etc. I was very glad that I called Alexander Technical Resources and especially happy working with Donna. The Technician working on my computer, Ms. Donna Volger, was very polite and informative, taking the time to explain the complete process to me, what she was going to do to clean up my computer and have it operate much better. Once the process was completed the technician explained that I could contact the provider if any issues remained, or were unsolved. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent example of the service provided by "Alexander Technical Resources." If needed I would definitely use this company again and refer them to others.

Thomas worked remotely, was very professional, polite and explained his work before he started. Then, he went to work and did his magic. When he was finished, he made some very good suggestions so I would not get myself into a "mess" again. I am very pleased with the outcome.

He didn't fully explain what they were going to do before they did it. They explained afterward. They let me leave and when I came back, they were done.

It went well and I felt that my problem had been well addressed and felt secure knowing Thomas had checked the computer and cleaned it up where needed.

It was excellent and they worked on the computer for about 4 hours. My mother is elderly and they were very patient, polite, and exceptional. She now has a fast computer and they were really great. They accommodated my mother’s schedule and they called when they were supposed to. We had no hassles with them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! Donna Vogler called at the agreed time. She proceeded to review my computer files and discovered numerous malware infestations. She proceeded to start cleaning the files. The overall process took WAY longer than the agreed 2 - 3 hours. Donna never gave up. She continued to work at the cleaning process and would call me when I need to check something on the computer. She even called the next day to finish cleaning some files. Very professional and patient. She just wouldn't give up. I strongly recommend this service - especially Donne. She is great!!!!!

They contacted me and set up a time to do the repair. The deal was for four hours. Eight hours later, the technician gave up. Apparently this grandma who uses the computer to shop on line and do email had gotten the worst bug ever. Although the tech thought the bug was gone, he couldn't get some of my programs to reload, including Explorer. He kind of said sorry and he was done. I felt this wasn't acceptable and emailed the owner. I got the nicest email I have ever gotten from another technician. Can't remember her name but she offered to do whatever necessary to fix the problem. I felt both they and I had wasted enough time on the old computer and did not follow up with them. Although they didn't actually complete the fix, I'm sure they would have if I had let them. I think they went above and beyond by working 8 hours on the problem. And they answered my question....time to dump the old computer. I would use them again.

It has only been a week or so but the problems I washaveing seem to be taken care of.

Advised the service wouldn’t be beneficial for me. The operating system ( Microsoft XP) on my computer was no longer supported. I appreciate their honesty.
