Took a train wrecked computer and fearlessly went into the scene of the accident and fully restored the victim in one session. Their motto should be patience is a virtue. Never once did I sense exasperation in the providers voice as she helped me get her logged in. I highly recommend all computer illiterates like me take advantage of their fabulous services.

My technician was very solicitous and took all the time needed to finish the job. It took between four and five hours. She also told me I could contact her for any concerns related to my tuneup. I was relieved that I was in such good hands.

My computer was running slowly. Plus, there were other specific issues. When I contacted the company, I was told they were out of my area but could service it remotely. I blame myself for saying yes because the issues needed someone to be at my computer with me and not from a remote location. The technician was very nice and he worked for a long time on my computer. Unfortunately, not all the problems I had were fixed although some were. The company offered to help me at no extra charge but I have not called them back. Instead, I will wait for another Angie's List coupon offer and make sure a technician can come to my home and work on my computer in my home. I don't think it would be fair for my review to lower the scores for this company. I'm sure if my computer only needed a tune-up, remote service would have sufficed. But, because I had specific issues, I should not have gone with remote servicing. Therefore, it was my error and the company should not be penalized for my error.

The work was done in a timely fashion. They were able to get my problems fixed. We communicated through the phone.

He never called or emailed.

Appt. was scheduled and Thomas called exactly on time!! He began work at 12:30pm and didn't finish til almost 6:30pm. He even called a while later with another suggestion on fixing the problem. He apologized that he couldn't complete the work. Although he was able to do a lot of clean up on my computer there was a problem that he couldn't fix because of the age of my computer. I totally understood that I needed to purchase a new computer since I suspected my desktop was on its way out. I was amazed at his tenacity and persistence in completing the job. I finally told him that I was giving up and he had done all he could and I didn't have a problem with his work. I felt that he had given me more time than I had bought with my $99 special. I am totally impressed with Thomas and his company in their professionalism and commitment to the job. I definitely will use them in the future. I have 2 laptops and will be getting a desk top so I will probably be calling on them.

This worked out quite well. I contacted them over the phone to make arrangements. You give them electronic control of the computer and they do the work over the internet. It did seem to help the computer.

Kept the apt time as promised and took the initiative to anticipate and solive all problems...wonderful.

Thomas was excellent. He was punctual and performed a very thorough diagnostic and clean-up of my computer which became slow over the years due to malware and other issues. I was impressed with the level of detail he performed which took all of 3 hours. The performance now is amazing. I highly recommend this company and will consider using them in the future.

I made appointment and was contacted as agreed. Telephone contact was to explain my problem and what type of service I might need.My computer has windows XP which is no longer supported by microsoft, it was totally messed up as I had tried to speed up my computer,lost internet and tried on my on to repair my internet service. I had Lost files,devices,wireless capability, my sound was gone, and much much more. Mr.Alexander explained what he needed to do ,the chance of success,all the possible solutions ,how to get an internet connection directly so he could address the problems via remote. He was very patient with all my fumbling,as i tired to follow his instructions to have a workable connection online. He repaired my laptop to full function as I am using it for this review. Then he explained reason for and solutions to my problem, he made many helpful recomendations , such as to back up my data,what type of device I could get for it .He also explained the future outlook for newer OS and computers. Overall very professional,expert and I am happy and grateful with the result.

Everything went well. I didn't have to wait long to have the service performed, and the technician did a very good job with the computer. In fact, it's running much better thanks to him.

After the call I ended up contacting my Norton Antivirus service and they fixed it in no time free of charge. In other words, I spent $100 for nothing and lost 2 hours.

I used a web site to download several driver updates that the web site advised me were out of date. The download created a severe delay in the ability to play the FreeCell solitaire game that my wife and I play every night and who knows what other problems I had that I was not aware of. The same web site offered technical services to "clean-up" my lap top and also fix the problem I had with the FreeCell solitaire game. I paid them for their technical services and after four separate multi hour sessions with their technical specialists, there were no improvements in my computer functions. I sent Spencer Alexander an e-mail and he called the same day. We set up a date and time for him to call which he did in a timely manner. Spencer was able to identify the problems I had with my computer and was able to restore the full functionality of the FreeCell solitaire game. My computer is much faster than before Spencer worked on it and thanks to him, my wife and I are able to play the FreeCell solitaire game. Spencer was very professional in my dealings with him and his price was much more reasonable than the original ineffective technical service that I used. If I have any problems with my computer in the future, Spencer will be the first person I will contact.

Company was easy to contact and it was great that the appointment was made within a few days. Just a little late as scheduled, but Spencer Alexander explained a previous client had "a lot of questions" which delayed him- no problem. I was very happy with the outcome. Spencer spent almost 4 hours making sure everything was perfect. I had to run errands so he was very willing to contact me by cell when the job was complete. I appreciated his professionalism and guarantee to contact him with any questions I might have. I came home to a computer that never ran so fast and perfect. I would definitely contact him again if needed.

I picked this company because of the reviews and history on Angie's list. I was in dire need of this service and looking forward to it. I called and had a remote session scheduled. Everything was confirmed. On the day of said service, I took time off work to ensure I was available. I never received service because the company was a no call no show. Highly disappointed. I called and had to leave a message and never received a call back. I don't know what happened. I never did receive a call, email, text or fax to explain what happened and why my scheduled and confirmed appointment fell through on their end. This was my experience with this company. I was not happy for my wasted time!

They were the nicest people and very helpful and I would use them in a heartbeat for any remote computer problems in the future - they were so moral and kind and asked good questions so I knew they knew what they were doing.

I've worked with them several times. They did what they could and did a good job. This service was to help with this computer until my other computer came in.

The provider, Spencer, was very professional and tried his best to help me with my Apple computer problem but could not. He did not charge me and said that I should request my money back from Angie's List ? two coupons @ $59.00 each.
