Excellent transaction. I am 100% satified. I will definitely use this service again. Everything was done remotely so I did not have to even sit at the computer.

The representative from the company, Donna, called on time, discussed what the problems were and explained how she would fix the problems. The work was done remotely and she called if she had a question. She was efficient and work was done in time frame expected. I would highly recommend this company. My computer is running much faster and I feel confident that all the problems were resolved.

They were very good. I enjoyed working with them and they did fix all my problems. They were very easy to talk to and I didn’t have to do anything except push a couple of buttons and they walked me through everything I needed to do. I had some major viruses and they took everything out of my computer, it took the about 3 or 4 hours, and I was also able to contact him the following day for a follow-up on a question that I had. There was nothing they didn’t know the answer to and they worth every penny. The guy that I worked with was Thomas and he was great.

Donna, my technician, was very prompt. She sent me the connection link and an email that she would call me in a few minutes. She did and we went over what was going to be done remotely. We agreed on some programs that could be removed and they were during the service. Donna was very friendly and professional and I would recommend her analysis to anyone needing this service. When she looked at it she gave me some advice on where to go from their but the tune-up wasn't what I needed.

Couldn't have been nicer person to deal with. I needed to reschedule and they were most accommodating. They were timely and they did what they said they would. It took them half an hour longer than I paid for but they did not ask for any upcharge. Recommended.

The provider met the schedule and performed the requested service. However, problems with my pc persist and, in fact, it is performing worse than before. To the provider's credit, I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, and within minutes I received a call and an offer to take another look, which the provider did. Of course the pc performed marvelously while the provider had remote access to it, but since then I've experienced problems with malware (trovi.com and genericpup.y viruses, which I had not seen before) and crashes. The provider did explain that there was an extensive amount of malware on my pc. I also did not care for the patronizing attitude of the provider. I was told to "calm down", even though my tone was relatively mild by my standards. I've been around the block a few times, and if I do not receive reasonable results from a service I've paid for, you can be sure I am going to express my displeasure, in a civil manner, of course. In any event, I am taking the pc to a "brick and mortar" service today see if I can get it repaired.

I received and immediate contact after paying for the service and was able to schedule the service at my convenience. The diagnostic was very thorough and took about two hours. My laptop hasn't disconnected from the Internet since the malware that was located was removed, which was the primary problem I was experiencing. The service provider Donna also installed some free security software and gave me some very valuable tips for using Windows 8 more easily. The service was beyond my expectations!

Person was very pleasant and professional. After he gained access to my computer, he took over and in 3 hours it was all done.

It was the first time I have had a remote repair done and was very apprehensive. No worries. Donna called right on time. She was reassuring and calm (which I truly needed). She took over my computer, asked some questions, answered my questions, and said that she would give me a call when she was done. Which meant that I didn't have to sit there while she was working! So I played with my dogs. Okay, I did sit and watch her working every now and then. Fascinating to see all the technical stuff that was going on. And she was FAST. She called back about an hour later and had me test the results. It was lovely to be able to zip around again and to not have to see warning pop-ups about issues that I didn't even understand. I would recommend this company to anyone having computer issues. It was a pleasure working with Donna and the results are so satisfying.

It was very unsatisfactory. They really did a very poor job. We didn't see the results we expected.

Everything went well. Ultimately, they diagnosed that I needed a new computer.

Alexander Technical Resources was awesome! I had A LOT of questions & complaints about my computer. I am a technically-challenged person & was so frustrated with the dang thing that I just went on and on by email & on the phone to them. They were so patient with me & listened to everything I said. If at any time I wanted or needed to communicate with them while they were working on my computer, I had only to click on an icon & could immediately type a message to which they responded right away. I plan to hire them at least once a year to clean & repair my computer because the difference before and after was amazing.

Saw they were rated highly with Angie's List. They were offering a $49 deal to do diagnostic work and "tune up" your computer, or $99 to clean it up. I wasn't sure which I would need so I got the $49 deal and called them. Spoke with Donna who listened to my problem and told me I would need the clean-up; we agreed on a time to do this remotely (called on a Friday, they did the work Monday) and she said I could pay the difference after the work was done. On Monday, she called at the appointed time and got to work quickly. She was polite, patient, and thorough. We have 3 users of this PC and it took 2 hours. Afterwards, I called her twice to get reoriented to the system, she was very receptive and tolerant. She also installed a free malware program that should help keep the PC clean. Now the PC works well. If you have a lot of pop-ups and unwanted junk on your computer and need help getting rid of it, this company would be a good choice. Be prepared to pay the $99, though, the diagnostics wont help you.

Although it took two sessions to get all the troublesome malware off my laptop, it now runs smoothly and I feel much more secure working online. Donna was very nice and super diligent with getting my issues resolved. She was very professional and considerate of my time. They even offered to have someone pick up my laptop to fix it if the remote sessions couldn't resolve the malware drama. Would definitely use this company again.

Everything as planned. Representative called and scheduled appointment within 24 hours of signing up. Technician (Donna) called at precisely the appointment time. The overall process took over 6 hours and a lot of extra work to resolve all the issues. (Two to four hours was the estimate in the $99 agreement.) The software problems were problematic to resolve but Donna did not hesitate to take the extra time to resolve. I inquired if there would be extra cost given that the process took longer than anticipated and was advised that the complete cleanup was part of the agreement at $99. System is now running great!

This turned out great! They kept to schedule and fixed the problem. I didn’t have to go back to them for anything. They did the tune-up online and I couldn’t have been happier.

Very friendly, very efficient, I could watch everything she was doing. It was a wonderful setup I would recommend it to anybody.

It went very well! The technician answered my questions with much patience. My computer has not run this well for several months.

My Mac had an error message and I could not remove it and could not do anything. Spencer fixed it and it is working again. He also cleaned up a lot of little things that I had just ignored. Spencer was very responsive, prompt, and now my computer works!

On the day of service they called me at the time they said they would. I spoke to Donna Voglar who was so very nice to talk to. All I had to do was to turn on the computer and give her permission to take over the computer. She scanned through all the files and checked for viruses and anything else that may have been hurting the computer . It only took about 2 hours to complete. My computer was running so slow and now it is running great. I would be sure to use their service again if needed. The deal was great from Angies list and it saved me a lot of money. Thank you for your big deals. I am telling people that Angies list is great for deals.

I contacted ATR initially to see whether it would be possible to use my old but functional printer with my new computer. The printer would not print when hooked up to the new computer and previous technical support elsewhere had not been able to correct the problem. Donna assured me that she would be able to fix the problem with the printer and I scheduled a time for service on the following day. Donna advised me that in the unlikely event that the problem could not be fixed there would be no charge for service. Donna was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and proactive working on my computer. It took her very little time to identify why my the printer was not working and correct that problem. She also addressed several other issues and took care of them as well. I am very pleased with the service I received. I felt that I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to others.
