Everything went off great. The vendor contacted me shortly after I purchased the service to set up the appointment and Donna called me exactly on time to start the clean-up process. She explained everything to me in clear and easily understandable language and took the time and effort to clean up my computer. It works great now and all the previous problems are gone. I would use ATR in the future and I strongly recommend them without hesitation. Thanks ATR for your help in fixing my computer problem.

Very professional and thorough from start to finish. When I called to schedule service, I was given an appointment for 2 days later, much quicker than I expected. First phone contact recorded a list of some of my concerns and technician was aware of them when she called to start tune-up. There were problems setting up remote access but she had a number of alternatives that eventually worked. She asked for more input on problems and went through some of my programs to make sure software was something I had installed. From that point on she went about a thorough analysis and cleanup without my assistance. Don't remember exact time but well over an hour. Possibly two hours. At the end, she reviewed what she did and pointed out the fact that some of the problems may be related to a bad hard drive so I shoukd return to manufacturer before warranty expires. After session, received follow-up email. Very impressed with this company and certainly with technician Donna. Computer is running faster with fewer issues since tune-up. Money well spent.

It was good and the gal that I worked with was Donna. I liked her very much and I would definitely use them again and she was great. I was on the phone with her initially and she said that she would call me back when she was finished. The scheduling was right away and I did not have to wait for them.

Spencer, the rep, was cordial and helpful. Unfortunately, my computer issues exceeds the services that the vendor offers. Once my computer has been repaired and if the offer is still available, I will definitely reschedule.

They got the job done in a couple of hours. The scheduling was fine.

Donna was great and fixed the problems. I really appreciated everything she did and was very satisfied with the service provided. I was skeptical about having a remote service but it worked!

I highly recommend them and they are great. I had to reschedule the first appointment and they were so accommodating with my change. She walked me though the steps and cleaned everything up and also gave me some pointers. I have not had any problems since then. I was so happy with them. They got the job done in about 2 hours and they were in contact with me the entire time. She told me what she had done and what she had cleaned out. I will definitely use them again.

It worked out OK. Communication was good with them. It did take a while to match up our schedules.

They logged in remotely and were quite willing to try to help with the situation. They indicated that due to not being able to fix the issue, we could call them at any time during the year.

They did fine. It was years ago and I vaguely remember them, but from what I can recall it was okay.

I felt he was very good and I’ve used him several times. I really liked him. He was very friendly, helpful and explained things well. The work helped the computers and the cost of the service was reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services.

I contacted them a couple days later and couldn't get them to ever call me back.

We did not get the service because the operating system on the computer was out-dated and will no longer be supported by Microsoft. I would like to have the $59.00 refunded to me by crediting my MC.

I purchased a 1 hour time slot with this company for 59.00 on Angie's List. The tech, named Spencer, called promptly at time designated when I made appointment. He sent a link to e-mail that allowed him to control the laptop and proceeded to select and start download of SP1 for windows 7. He stated to my husband on the phone that the download would be pretty quick on the cable internet. The download took 10 minutes, but the install took another hour and twenty minutes which of course went way over the 1 hour purchased and cost another 61.00. After his initial selection and initiation of the SP1 download, Spencer did nothing further with our computer. After over an hour had run on the install I called Spencer concerned over the cost. When I asked him if I was paying his charge of $1.25 per minute for the work my computer was doing he said, "yes, you are paying for my time" in a snippy tone. He also said he told my husband how long the install could take but my husband said he did not. I feel a more considerate tech would have told us up front that he could sign off after the download was begun and saved us the extra charges because LITERALLY all he did was to start the download and push the install button!!! He had an hour and a half of free time to do what ever.This is the only time I have regretted an Angie's List purchase!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I think that was fine. My husband was very happy with that.

This was our second time using ATR services. Donna, who had helped us over a year ago, did an excellent job of addressing my concerns and making our family PC functional once again. She also provided valuable insight on helpful computer tips, as well as recommended anti-virus software. With four young kids, it is nearly impossible to avoid a malware or virus of some sort. Just like one's vehicle, it is important to service one's PC on annual basis to maintain the integrity and reliability of the mainframe. I highly recommend Alexander Technical Resources and will use them again in the future. The company's $99 special is a bargain! Take advantage of the offer if you see it advertised again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I have a laptop that was so performing so poorly I considered buying a new one. I thought I would give a tech one more try and found this offer on Angie's list. The tune up took about 3 hours and was very thorough. Prior to this work my laptop was unusable probably due to a previous in home service we had performed. This service fixed everything and restored all the settings to their proper mode. In short, instead of spending $700 on a new laptop, I spent $99 for this service and have a well performing laptop.

I was very pleased with them. I worked with Donna. She explained things and we went through every question on my list. I would highly recommend them again.

The service went excellent. I paid an additional fee for them do some other things the next day. He did a great job on the computer. He emptied the trash, cleaned out viruses and organizing things much better. He also cleaned up the entire computer. He was extremely competent, nice and thorough. He completed the job in bout 1-2 hours and I had no problem scheduling the deal.
