Someone called me to set the appt up and then Donna called me in the window of time indicated. Donna and I spoke about my computer issues (super SLOW, freezing, 7 minutes to open any program, unresponsive scripts, etc.), she remoted in, and we reviewed some files, giving me some insight on what malware files tend to look like. She continued working on my computer for about 2.5 hours. She called me when it was finished and reviewed what she found (268 pcs of malware!!) and options on how to prevent it going forward. Great service. Best $99 ever spent on my computer. Computer runs like it's brand new! Highly recommend.

They were great. The woman stuck with me through thick and thin here because we had real big complications. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service.

So far it has been very good. They got the job done in about 3 hours. They were very patient and the work was done over the course of 3 different occasions. They did not charge me anymore since there were 3 different times we got together to do the work.

The PC still doesn't work as well. They were responsive. I called them back to say to it wasn’t working, they said I would have to call the receptionist to schedule another appointment.

I have never kept up on my computer maintenance. I wasn't sure what to expect. I dealt with Donna and Thomas. They were both so kind and knowledgeable. My computer took many hours to complete but they did what they promised and time was not an issue to either one of them. Thomas even answered additional questions I had about my external drive and an old desktop I had in storage. I can tell you first hand why the ratings for this company are so excellent. I highly recommend Alexander Technical Resources for your computer clean up! My computer is running so much better!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Donna called me within the time frame we had previously setup. She was friendly and explained what she was going to do and how long it might take. She showed me why I was having some of the problems with my computer and what I could do to prevent them in the future. The whole process took about two hours and I feel I not only got a computer with a lot less malware, but I also learned something myself.

My computer has been slow and timing-out for months. I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal to have my lap top cleaned, de-bugged, etc. The were very prompt in scheduling a convenient time to work on my lap top. Donna worked on my computer numerous times and for many, many hours (way beyond the call of duty). Although I still have problems occasionally (still times our) it performs so much better than before. I am giving Alexander Technical Resources an A because Donna would not give up.
