It went absolutley wonderful. It was done by remote and the tech talked me through everything so he could connect. It took him several hours to get it cleaned. I had 830 malware programs running which made the computer useless to me. It is a faily new laptop. When done he had installed software to protect it from happening again. Very, very happy with this service. I like to get on my computer and do what I need and get off. If it doesn't work I have no clue how to fix it. This company is very professional. They were a god send!

That computer tune up worked well. It took him about 30 minutes and it was a good experience. He fixed what I needed him to be fixed and the computer was working great afterwards. I have not had any issues since and I would call him again if I need him.

I was amazed, and impressed with results. Donna Vogler was very helpful and patient. I could see her working on the computer through our link up. Fast, technical. I could not imagine getting all the things done as she did. Rather than trying to do on my own, I had a professional take care of a extremely frustrating situation, and now enjoy using my computer again. Excellent job!! My wife's email had a tremendous backlog that was inadvertently saved on the server, about 80,000 or so, and outlook was unable to process them into anything approaching a timely fashion. We had to find a way to delete most of them out without it taking forever to do it one at a time.it took two tries, but the job eventually got done.

Service was timely and explained to me (so that I could understand what was going on) and we will be using them again for my husband's computer soon.

Provided advice during the process on how to watch for types of things that reduce efficiency of computer. Very professional people and quite knowledgeable technically. Certainly created my confidence level in their ability to correct and update the computer. Would recommend them to anyone.

Donna signed on exactly on time. walked me through the process and began work immediately. whole time took about 3 hours. asked me questions and was very informative and responsive in her answers. This was an excellent experience.

he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. got off the phone so he could read on what to do. called back and still couldn't figure it out. so, he did absolutely nothing to help me out and it was a total waste of time. I told him I should get a refund and he agreed that I should.

Thomas spent a good two-and-half hours running various programs to correct my computer issues. He didn't take short cuts, he didn't do a half-baked job. Nor did he talk my ears off with general BS, lies, stories, or make any excuses about my computer issues. He didn't make me worry or anxious. He tenaciously attended my computer and as a result of his efforts and expertise, it is running clean and efficiently. I've hired numerous on site companies, had technicians come over the house, and I've dropped my computer at various places like Staples and small private companies - but none can compare to Thomas' honestly and diligence, which resulted in me having my computer run like new. Upon returning home from Christmas with family, I discovered to my horror that my computer no longer recognized my password and I was unable to log in. After calling around to the usual help team (son, friend, boyfriend, etc), none of whom could help, I searched Angie's List and found this company. I called; they answered right away in person (no voicemail) and understood exactly what the problem was; we set up an appt for two hours later (and note, this was a Saturday). The technician called promptly at the arranged time and set to work by remotely logging in. It took an hour to complete but that was mostly because he discovered malware on my hard drive and installed a malware protector which took about 25 mins to download. The whole process was painless and only cost $59. I would highly recommend them again. Thomas was totally professional and expert at what he did. I felt in good hands.

It was very easy to work with Donna. She had an easy, charming (Southern charm and accent) with great skills. She worked perhaps 4-5 hours on the desktop after she had me do my side of things for 3/4 hour. Ditto for the laptops. I purchased this as a $99 dollar deal -- overall, given 3 computers the cost was 3 X $99. She worked hard, and we had many things to try given how corrupted 2 of the computers were. We spent the longest time on the laptop that couldn't be repaired -- perhaps a corrupted hard drive, but without internet access, needs to be seen hands on. She was timely, calling within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and was unstinting with her time and efforts. There is a reason for this company to have 7 consecutive years as a Super Service award winner. I will recommend them to friends. family and colleagues.

My computer was infected with something. Unfortunately she was unable to fix the issue so I had to request a refund. They were very polite and very nice. They provided great customer service.

They were very professional. They called ahead and scheduled an appointment, then followed through on the services they had been contracted to provide. The agent kept in contact by phone and reported on the progress during the time they were working on our computer. We would use them again.

She was VERY professional and let me know in detail how the whole thing would work. It was easy and smooth! We still have a few sneaky bugs that will be finished soon. I am to schedule a time to do that.

I could not use this service because they were not in my area, and I would need to send in my computer to get it fixed.

This cleaning had to be accomplished with two appointments. First time, there was a problem with out internet, it kept cutting out. The provider gave us a diagnostic plan to figure out the problem, we fixed it and rescheduled. We found the provider vary patient and clear and really appreciated the provider waiting for us to fix our problem with internet and coming back on to finish the problem. Provider was very professional, scheduled the appointment promptly and returned calls promptly. This was a great service, simple and I would recommend it to anyone.

Spencer called a little late, but only 25 min or so. He was very understanding and helpful. We had to set up my computer so he could operate it remotely, but he talked my through it. After He took control of my computer he encountered several hard drive failures and called me on the phone. Spencer talked me through the steps necessary to rectify the hard drive problems as he could not do that remotely. He then proceeded with the cleaning and removal of junk file (and there were many of them). It took an hour and a half or so and was interesting to watch on my computer as I could see everything he was doing. There were no further major problems and the computer runs great now.

A very proficient computer technician called promptly at a previously determined time to initiate the set-up for a remote connection to my computer. This was performed for a Dell laptop with Windows 8. This computer had been severely impacted by spyware/malware/adware and made connecting to the internet a real nightmare for my wife. The technician guided me through the set-up for the remote control software that was installed. Ideally you want to be connected to the internet by a wire (ethernet cable) rather than wi-fi. The technician can then boot-up in Windows safe mode. I had to scramble to find the cable, but once in place, all went smoothly. The full procedure took about four hours with many different activities including installation of windows updates and cleaning out unnecessary files. I'm sure there were many things done that I knew nothing about. One could watch the computer screen and observe all the activities that were remotely guided. You could leave the computer and over the course of the work the technician would call if there was something I needed to do, for example, power off then reboot. All in all a very successful and necessary activity. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to work with.

My wife codes medical records electronically, and was having several problems with the computer. The computer operating system would not update to service pack 1, which without the update, internet Explorer would not update to the latest version, and without the latest version of IE, certain web pages would not work correctly. Windows 7 operating system turned out to have some corrupted code which would not allow it to update correctly. In addition, malware and some computer viruses were discovered and removed. Atlanta (Alexander) Technical Resources, LLC was able to repair the operating system and remove the malware/viruses. Anti-malware software was installed, and the anti-virus software on the computer was replaced (with a free version) available on-line. The process was stated immediately with my call, and took all afternoon and went past the companies normal business hours. The computer now works well and my wife has not had any further problems. I would use this vendor again without any hesitation. We were able to use a $99 special available on Angies List.

Worked on the computer for an hour and 45 minuets and then it worked fine for a week. I called them back to advise them I was still having the same trouble. They gave me another appointment with a Mac specialist. He called and tried to work with me on getting this fixed. He was speaking to me in a frustrated tone and was raising his voice. I told him was making me uncomfortable and I disconnected the call. I think you have to have more computer knowledge then I did to work this company.

They were on time, courteous, fixed my computer and did a great job.

I did not go through with this deal due to them not being able to remote my computer. She was very nice however

I had a fantastic experience with this company! Everything was great! They called me immediately, and the gentleman stayed on the phone and explained everything to me. He was very patient! We got everything right! I would never use any remote service if I had not contacted Angie's List and saw all of the positive reviews!
