Donna, the technician, worked very dilligently to correct the issues on my computer. She was prompt, helpful, and it was easy to set up an appointment with her.

It was very good. They knew what they were doing and they were very personable. I was able to schedule them within a couple of weeks. They were good and reliable.

It didn't work. One week after repairs, the computer started freezing up. I changed the programming date back to before the service, and computer now works.

Terrific service and help. Thomas went the extra mile. Our computer was a hard case, and he was very patient and helpful. Completely knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Would strongly recommend.

They work out of Atlanta and they connected to my computer remotely. They were nice, cooperative, and they tried to solve the problem but it didn’t work. I ended up having to buy a new computer. We decided the problem was my operating system. I feel like since it didn't work properly, I should get something back from what I paid.

Everything went great!!! Donna is the person who did all the things I mentioned. She is great!!! She spent a lot of time working on all my PC problems and did it with superb knowledge, patience, and grace. She took time to explain so many things that I previously did not understand and made me feel welcome to call her if any problems come up. Donna has set up a day each month, to remotely check my PC to make sure things are running well. I don't even have to be home for her to do this monthly check because it's all done remotely online. This company is trustworthy and has received the highest of awards for 7 years straight. I highly recommend them, and especially Donna. She was so helpful and knows her stuff. Thanks again Donna.

Donna contacted me on time and gave clear instructions. Advised me on some things that she thought should be removed and why. I agreed. She inspected the computer completely in less than 2 hours and found no problems. My computer is working great and I have great confidence in the programs that I am using.

This service was great. They worked very hard with me and spend several hours making sure that the computer worked well. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I would use them again.

Contact with the company was excellent. Called and setup an appt. date and time within 24 hours of service purchase. Sent email prior to time with login instructions. Called at the appt. time and started service process of reviewing needs and quick look at the computer (remote operation). Was very informative and helpful in explaining what was happening and what they found that was impacting the computer's operation. Cleaned up 200+ MALWARE programs and 3 other programs that were creating problems. Done in 2.5 hours and followed up with a call and email report. Am very pleased with the service.

It was all online. It took about an hour. They were very good at what they did and I did not have any more trouble.

They were unable to schedule with me for a few days. I found someone else who could do it sooner so have decided not to use the deal.

I think he was really sincere and willing to help us but the impression I got was he does not have the technical expertise that I had expected. He tried getting me back on Facebook because of some earlier accounts that I have and they weren't willing to accept me on a different account. He just seem to be really struggling of what he was doing. I did make one call back after the fact a couple of days later because I had a question on what was done and they helped me with no charge.

Even though my system's malware was doing its job and keeping the bad crap quarantined, I couldn't remove everything myself. These guys did AWESOME. Thomas was able to completely repair my computer in a couple of hours, remotely, and booyah. Running like new.

This gal was very helpful and dependable. She did the work when she said she would and she called me when she told me she’d call and I really appreciate those things.

It went superbly! I called and left a message and with a couple days, Donna returned my call. On scheduled day and time, Donna called and after a description of what she was going to do, she went to work. She informed me that it could possibly take up to 3-4 hours---luckily! only about an hour and half! She gave me a few pointers to try and keep computer clean-- But as we all know---I will be having her clean up computer again when a new malware infects my computer or I mess it up. Great customer service!

The company was very professional. I set up an appointment with them. They called me at the scheduled time, sent me an email with a meeting invite which allowed them to remote in to my computer. They completed a complete scan and clean up of our computer. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

Smoothly but took a long time. The time was expected

I worked with Donna who was very professional and helpful. The cleanup took approximately 2 hours, but I was only on the phone with her less than 30 minutes. The remainder of the time she worked remotely. She advised exactly what she was going to do throughout the process while working remotely and advised how I could contact her if needed while she worked on the cleanup. She answered all my questions and concerns and advised on various dos and don't I should be on the look out for. I am now much more comfortable working on my lab top because I now feel it is safe. I am very pleased and would recommend ATR to others, and if needed would us them again.

A very pleasant person called me from the company (another state) and talked me through the steps I needed to do so she could connect to my computer. Together we went through my list of programs and eliminated ones I didn't use. She then worked on it for about two and half hours. We then talked and she told me what she found and what she eliminated. She then asked me if I had an questions and told me to call back if I had any problems or questions. Definitely a pain free experience.

Called when promised was very professional I was pleased with results.
