It was fantastic! I am completely, thoroughly satisfied and will never use any other company for computer-related services.

He worked on the lap top for about 2 1/2 hours cleaning it up, disinfecting the hard drive, updating files and getting the machine where it would work. He said we have a very nice computer, but it was so infected that nothing would work. I really mean nothing would work. Now the lap top is running like new. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who has computer problems.

He was very professional and on time. Guided me through the process and answered all my other questions I had. He fixed the problem I had .

Excellent, I had made an appointment for 1PM and the technician contacted me and started the procedure promptly. He explained the cleanup process would take between 2 and 4 hrs, and mine took about 3 1/2 hrs. I was able to watch him navigate on my computer when he took control remotely (most of the screens were over my head) but that's why you hire a professional to do this task. When the process was complete he told me of the corrections, updates he made and the threats that were removed. Spencer was very informative and answered all of my questions. It went great! I had lots of malware on my computer and it is all gone! YAY! Both of the professionals who contacted me (Donna and Spencer) were terrific. Would use again and recommend in a heartbeat!

They told me that someone had to be there physically to fix my problem. They said there was no restore point on my computer they could reference remotely.

I called them and they told me that I had a malware problem. I bought the $59 Big Deal and they said it might take more than an hour. Once she had gotten into it, it did take more than an hour so they charged me $40 more to fix it. It seems to be working fine. I was just working and it logged off yesterday but it seems to be a lot better and faster. It has done that before but I don’t know if that is part of that or not. The lady was really nice and she did it over the phone. She then got access to my computer and called me back when she was done. She was real helpful. It was a good deal for that. I would call them again. They called right when they said they would, and even though it is long distance, I set up an appointment with them and it was real organized on what they did.

She was going to log in remotely but we could not connect. She did good even though she could not do any work. She tried to help us the best she could.

They were very good, and did what they could do, but they couldn't solve the problem. My computer has a problem that nobody can solve. I have talked to so many people about it. The advise they gave me was that it was not showing up to causing any damage or leaking any information to a third person, so as long as I kept it quarantined, it was okay. I don't work on my computer professionally, it is just my hobby, so I don't depend on it. The time and effort they gave to us was very good. It was a weird thing, and I didn't want to go back to factory install and have to put everything back. They did say that if anything comes up that influences my computer or slows it down, I should call them. They are there for our support and they made that clear to us.

Donna Vogler was the tech who helped me. She was most helpful, answering questions, telling me what she was doing, and how long it would take. My computer is old and tired, but she got it going faster and explained how I could help it along. I was completely pleased with Alexander Tech Resources.

It was okay. I won't rave about it. I was told some things that didn't turn out to be correct. They are average. I would not recommend them if I had a better choice. The price was okay. I wasn't thrilled with them. If I had to do it again then I would look for someone better. I relied on their expertise to fix my computer but they gave me some information or feedback that wasn't correct.

They don't come over- they do it remotely; it was kind of weird. It was fine. I was expecting someone to show up at my house- you call and schedule an appointment. The person ends up calling you and basically they take control of your computer remotely and diagnose it that way- it was a little strange. The service was good. They failed to fix the problem not because they didn't try to figure it out -my hard drive was dying and he did everything he could to fix it but it was beyond repair.

Over the course of 2 days, Tom provided over 4 hours of service, but the bill was only $150. However, with all the work Tom put into cleaning up my computer and resolving some issues, I believed his services were worth more than what he was charging, thus I offered to pay more. I'm not one to typically offer to overpay for services, but Tom definitely provided a discount for all the work he did. In addition, he was available on an emergency basis on a weekend. He was patient, thorough, and explained what he was doing in non-technical terms. He offered suggestions and walked me through things I could do on my own to improve my computer's productivity, but to save on costs from him charging me for his time to do it. I definitely will use ATR again in the future, and I highly recommend using them for your computer support needs...as long as you have internet connectivity (for those of you who don't live in Atlanta).

Donna from ATR and I made the remote connection to our PC very easily, we then discussed some computer issues on the phone for a bit, and then she proceeded with the tune up. We reconnected by phone about an hour and half later and were briefed on the work done. Donna was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and as of right now, everything is running fine.

Donna was awesome, she was prompt on making the appointment to provide service, every aspect went just as she explained it would. No surprises are always a good thing, especially with computers. She followed threw and gave me a couple of opportunities to ask questions, etc.

Donna did an excellent job cleaning up my laptop. She was most professional and competent. She conducted a 2 hour clean up, checking for and repairing viruses and current virus protection. She checked for spyware, malware and adware. she removed erroneous apps that were not necessary for my computer. She also gave me a lot of good strategies to help maintain my computer on a weekly and monthly basis with step by step instructions on how to conduct these regular maintenances on my own. I was very satisfied with her service and will definitely recommend and use this company again!

They were timely, professional and it was interesting to watch as they worked on my computer remotely. They did clean a few things up, but being an iMac, virsuses were not an issue. The computer did get a bit faster, but that really didn?t last. I ended up having a local firm work on the computer ? increasing the RAM from 1 to 4GB was what thee doctor ordered ? the computer is back to normal!! I still gave an ?A? ratings since the issues with my computer couldn?t be addressed remotely ? not their fault.

Exceptionally well. Took some time since my computer had not been cleaned and cleared for a few years. But she stayed with it until it was complete.
