It went really great and they were really helpful. It turns out that they were not able to fix my issue, so they told me to hold on to my coupon and call back to get further assistance.

They were very courteous as well as helpful. I am not very computer literate but that didn't make any difference. They walked me through every step!

My computer crashed after the service was performed. My call was not returned promptly. My computer was old, so it may have been coincidental. The owner was EXTREMELY helpful and spent a great deal of time trying to get me up and running. He offered to refund my money, but I declined because they did perform the service. Lesson learned: Don't schedule a remote tune-up on a Saturday. Oh! The owner did apologize for my call not being returned promptly. In fairness, the Monday of my call was a holiday.

Donna was very professional, competent, friendly, responsive and courteous. She accessed my computer remotely.

The company was very good. They listened to my problem and were very patient. They walked me through the whole process and I felt comfortable with them. They successfully solved the problem.

ATR started with my wife's laptop. It was running so slow, we were getting ready to replace it. Our technician (Donna) scheduled an appointment the day after I contacted her. She ran a series of tests while I was still on the line with her, and then remotely worked on the PC. She finished in less than four hours and gave control of the computer back to me. We couldn't be more pleased. The computer is as responsive as I can remember. I was so pleased, I asked Donna to see what she could do with my newer desktop, which had been running very slow and stopping (spinning) in between searches. It had become very frustrating to get anything done on it. She completed work on the desktop in less than two hours, and the PC is running like new. Quite amazing! I recommend ATR for anyone who has a slow running computer that would rather have qualified technicians and their sophisticated programs try to bring them back to life before buying a replacement(s).

Donna scheduled an appointment within 24 hours, called with instructions on time and spent 3 hours getting everything cleaned. Reboot time was improved by a factor of 3 or 4, and everything runs faster. She succeeded in cleaning things up where other onjline programs and services have failed.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for this morning. ATR staff contacted me by phone punctually and we set up remote access for ATR. The tech cleaned up a bunch and worked hard to diagnose my issues. My computer is working well now. As well as the efficiency demonstrated by ATR, I appreciated the tech's willingness to answer my questions and to inform me at each step. The whole experience was very educational. It was a great value for the money.

The time frame for this check was about an hour and a half. Did not have any viruses but a lot of malware was removed. I believe I had over 600 malwares. As a result, I know this had slow up the speed of the computer. Finally, all windows and software updates where made.

Spencer worked with me to sort out some long standing problems with my computer. He was extremely nice, gave clear and concise instructions and made some good suggestions. I ended up upgrading my original purchase price to the next level of service. That gave him more time to really examine the operating system. Ultimately and to my delight, the computer is now operating properly. I highly recommend this service.

So very happy we found Alexander Technical Resources on Angie's List. My computer had slowed down to an unacceptable level and I knew I needed to have it looked at. It was the first time I had used Angie's List and this company had a really great rating. After yesterday I can totally understand why over 1,300 people have given them an "A" rating. When I called Donna for the appointment, she was so pleasant and was able to get me scheduled for the next afternoon. The technician, Thomas, contacted me at the exact time of the appointment and really spent time listening to my concerns. During the next three hours we spoke a couple times. He found all the issues with my computer and fixed them. This morning every program opens instantly and it is as if I had a new computer. I had grown accustomed to waiting for a response from this computer - this morning I am almost shocked at its performance. I will definitely tell all my friends about this experience and keep Alexander Technical Resources in my contact list.

Not sure why you're asking for a review now. I can't even remember having the work performed. It was back in 2010. I'm sure it was satisfactory. I don't recall having any bad experience with anyone that I have gotten from Angie's List.

GREAT!! He spent 3.5 hrs going thru comp. with fine tooth comb. expunged/deleted 2200 virus/malware problems...Tuned up, reset settings properly (as my comp. was a mfr. refurbished pc that came with no instructions or manuals) set my homepage for me & installed free Virus protection! Works Like A Champ! Best 99.00 ever spent!

not successful. no signs of virus for one week, then it surfaced again. Provider was willing to make additional attempt to cleanse system , but based on provider explanation of this virus, it seems useless; I am running Windows XP which has no support from Microsoft. If what they say is true, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, I give them kudos for the time (8 hours) attempting to eliminate the virus. Just disappointed that it did not work and do not want to waste any more of their/my time. It was a pleasant experience working with Thomas and Donna and I would use ATR again.

Great. Was responsive to all questions and requests. Was timely. Kept working until I was happy with results. Found when programs were not working and reinstalled.

The service was fair but unfortunately they could not determine what was causing the issues. I was able to resolve the issue myself later.

As far as I know so far it went well. They advised me that my computer was too slow and may need a new one.

My wife mostly used it but they did an excellent job. They didn’t come out but did it remotely. They cleared out a lot of old files. They got the computer running better and the graphics looking better with whatever they did. They called us back the next day and they did it within a couple of days of that. The only reason it took a couple of days was we had a scheduling challenge, so they didn’t get to it as soon as they could have. We used a Big Deal coupon for the job and there was no additional charge. This is the second time we have used them and we have been pretty happy with them. The lady who did the work was very helpful. She was very patient and she did an excellent job. They just did excellent work.

Donna was pleasant, detail oriented, patient and a hard worker. My laptop was a complete mess with spyware, long running scripts, etc and she was able to get my computer in outstanding working order. Everything was done via remote. This is my first time using Angie's List as well as this supplier and I was extremely happy with the services provided. I would highly recommend this company as well as asking for Donna's assistance.
