Runs much faster. When I couldn't get the printer to work, I called them back and at no charge Donna reinstalled all my printer drivers, etc. - works great now. I am getting a new PC and plan to call them to help me get it set up on this one, also.

The representative did a great job, all from the comfort of my home. She undid some damage done by a local computer repair shop. She also helped explain a lot to my about maintaining my computer. The latter was VERY useful. I recommend this company.

ATR performed their services remotely while they did their work on my PC. They cleaned all files and brought everything up to date. This was the fourth time that I have used ATR and I will definitely use them in the future.

Donna spent a lot of time on this job, was patient, answered all my questions and made all the changes I requested. I was impressed. It was this morning, so I have not really driven the computer yet. I expect it to be finr, and she is willing to be called if there is a problem.

The service went well. They were able to resolve the issue with the computer, but I have had problems with the computer since their service. The technician did a good job and I had no problem scheduling the deal. They were very responsive to my phone call for the service.

We chose Alexander Technical Services based upon their customer ratings on Angie's List. Our experience was most positive and we rate them highly. Spencer was the technician. Recognizing the computer is older, our primary question was could it be made functional for the limited uses of email, web browsing and a small amount of internet shopping, or was its life pretty much spent. Spencer told us what he would do, how long it would probably take and that he would call as soon as his diagnostics were complete. Everything went as outlined by him. Spencer had an excellent knowledge and understanding of Mac machines and software. He possessed skill in communicating in understandable terms the problems he found, reasons for the problems, what-if-anything could be done about them, or if they could be worked around and what he did in his servicing. He tuned up the old Mac and that alone made it less frustrating to continue to use. He answered all of our questions, told us what we could expect from the machine, explained how changing technology has effected our machine and how it would be limited in what it could do for us. He was patient, left "no stone unturned" in his work on the machine and told us we could use it as long as it was functional enough for us, and then it would need replacement. As I write this review, it has served us another 6 weeks, and all of the things he told us would be so, or would happen, are playing out. Service was fast, thorough, calls punctual, work obvious, and max stars to Alexander Technical Services is hardly adequate.

It went really well. They were very responsible and expeditious in setting up the appointment at my convenience. My computer had developed a number of problems, some associated with viruses, and they cleaned everything up so it's now working like new! It took them about three hours to get through everything and it was great to have it all done without having to go to the trouble of taking the computer somewhere. While they were working on the machine I could take care of other business and I think it was a great way to take care of the problems without taking up a lot of my time. The technician, Spencer, was pleasant and courteous and explained everything so I could easily understand.

They called me back within 30 min and were able to get to me within 2 hours for the service, which I thought was outstanding. The technician was Donna and she was fabulous.

It went well, he found a lot of problems and fixed them.

Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend it to those looking to cleanup their computers instead of buying a new one.

The provider didn't contact me. I lost my $99.00. I am very dissatisfied!! Money shouldn't be taken from my credit card until the service is provided. Not recommended!!!!

When I said i probably would get a laptop, she said to inform her and she could apply the coupon to set up the laptop's software.

The gentleman that called me had sent me an email that he would be calling and the time and he was very punctual. He spent about 3 hours working on my computer. During this time I was able to be away from my computer and he called me when he was finished. The next day I found something that didn't appear should be there, software, contacted him and he called me right away and took care of it. I was very please and would definitely use them again.

Wow! What a great experience. Donna spent over 2 hours cleaning up my laptop! She removed multi malware, that I could not remove myself. Removed many unnecessary or infected files, and many other functions. All this was done remotely! She was very informative, patient and extremely knowledgeable! I can't wait to recommend this company to others. Thank you Donna and ATR.

This was a great experience, I got just what a paid for. The technician was friendly and helpful and performed the work promptly. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

ATR was professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job and I would use them again, if needed. I will definately recommend them to anyone needing computer services.

It went fine. Donna was very professional and kept me informed about what she was doing, without overly involving me. Only problem was, they couldn't download a new OS remotely, so she recommended we do that ourselves. And when we did that, something went wrong, and there was no operating system at all. I had to take it to a Mac technician (which fortunately didn't cost me anything because I'm on a University campus). They got it working again by using the safe start procedure, but we still have some of the original problems. And now I don't know if I should try downloading the new OS again or not. But the machine is generally running better than it was before. There are still some problems trying to play Words With Friends, but I understand that a tune-up can't necessarily solve all your problems.

It went fantastic. I only paid for a one-time cleanup/repair. They were very kind and I could understand what they were saying. I could sit there and watch what was being done, or go about my business and wait for a phone call. There was something bogging down my computer. It took 3 phone sessions to find out what was causing it. The first two calls improved the speed some, but nowhere near what I knew it could do. On our third session, it was discovered that my anti-virus/spyware was fighting back and forth with Google Chrome. The problem was fixed with no additional charges! It is still running like a champ! I would recommend Alexander Technical Resources to anyone and everyone. I couldn't be more pleased!

When I purchased the service, I was asked to give dates and times when service would be performed. when i was not contacted, i checked on Angie's List to find a contact number and found I had received a message advising that due to Angie's List rules, the provider could not contact me, but that I had to contact them to set up the service reuest. Other than that glitch, everything went smoothly and the problem was fixed within the service time purchased.

It went well. they were very thorough and the end result is that my old desktop is performing noticeably faster than it was before the tune up.

I was very pleased. He was able to fix it. Once he got into my computer, I did not need to be there for him to do the work. I was able to leave and do other things and come back. When I came back it was all fixed.
