Went great.
Description of Work: Cleaned up some bad actors floating around in my computer. Great job. Went the extra mile when I called back a few weeks later and indicated there was still a problem with one particular bug. Now that problem is gone too. They were really fabulous. I've got my computer back!

We have a set procedure that we follow for the cleanup process. Outlook issues are outside the realm of the cleanup, but are most of the time resolved by the cleanup. Some outlook issues can be caused by the amount of data the file is trying to open and sync. You may try to archive some of the data to see if that will help. Description of Work: They ran several tests on the computer and found a couple of viruses and cleared them. They found a problem with the operating system and suggested I contact Microsoft. |The PC is running better but it was decided that since the PC was 7 years old. I might better off buying a new one. |The person I worked with was very friendly and knowledgable.

Description of Work: This was a big deal, they cleaned the computer as well as they could, and gave me valid reasons why the cleaning could not be completed, as well as solutions to fix the problem, that could not be done remotely. I was told that once I fixed the outstanding issues that I could call back in and they would complete the cleaning at that point in time. I was very appreciative of their work ethic and would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: The services were bought to clean an older PC to speed it up. However,the technician alerted me it would be a waste of money since that processor would no longer be supported by Microsoft in the very near future. So, I decided to ask the technician to rid my daughters laptop of a virus. Unfortunately, the technician said the virus couldn't be removed. The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. But, I regret that the services I purchased did not rectify either of my computer issues. I feel as though it was a waste of money.
