Description of Work: Internet download time had slowed to an unacceptable point. I called various local Mac consultants and found that they would charge at least $150 for a one-hour house call, plus parts if any. I then consulted Angie's list and called Alexander Technical Services. The tech recommended protracted version of any old work around: turning off the computer, detaching cables into the router and modem, waiting half an hour and reversing the process. This I did with spectacular results. There was no charge, but I will definitely use ATR this month to do a maintenance. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: My computer was running slow, freezing up and had a lot of pop ups. I found a special on Angie's List big deal for computer service. I Set up appointment with ATR. Everything was done remotely, it took approx. 3 1/2 which was explained during set up. Computer runs almost like new, they cleaned up all the viruses and malware. I would use them again for all my computers needs in the future.
