Description of Work: Technician was helpful and courteous. He spent over three hours on computer scan. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Description of Work: We purchased a computer tune up as our computer seemed to have a mind of its' own. Excellent service. Donna was very proficient, helpful and patient. She walked us through some preliminary set up steps and spent nearly 3 hours cleaning up our machine. Highly recommend their service and we plan on using them again on an as needed basis.

Description of Work: Generally the service was very limited. The technician ran a utility to cleanup the MAC hard rive... However the technician was not familiar with MAC OS. She was a PC technician... Therefore a rather substantial list of questions went unasked/unanswered...

Description of Work: Cleaned and updated my system. It had not been done in 2 years so was long overdue. Called when they said, set the appointment and were right on time to begin the process. They explained what they would do and what effect it should have on the performance. I was also having a problem with my e-mail and they fixed that at no extra charge (sinple fix for them, I had no clue). Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Had some trouble arranging a time to chat online due to my ever changing work schedule. MY FAULT not this excellent company's. Helped me download a program so the wife could read WORD documents without having to purchase a copy of Microsoft Office for this. Great service and professionalism.

Description of Work: Some confusion, but on my part not theirs. They called and set up an appointment to preform the computer cleaning and refreshing. Call came in at the appointed time. They explained what they were going to do and how. I asked about a problem I was having with my e-mail and during the conversation, they checked into it and immediately fixed it at no additional charge since it was a quick fix. All in all, it took about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Computer is running much better and much faster. |Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was concerned about being scammed by another tech support service. When I went to Alexander Technical Resources, Donna was extremely helpful in checking out everything on my computer, removing a few things that they had put on my computer that might be corrupt, updating a few programs she noticed needed to be, downloaded a security system that she recommended and was great at explaining what she was doing to a computer novice. She was very professional, and I will make sure I call her now when I have any computer needs again.
