Description of Work: I used them to diagnose and fix slowness issues with my PC. It's a good thing I paid for the four-hour version, $99, because my technician couldn't get in to see my computer his usual way and he spent an hour just connecting. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was a little unnerving to know he was also trouble-shooting other people's PC problems at the same time, while my life was on hold for 4 straight hours on the phone looking at my screen and waiting for direction from him. For the 4 hour deal, he would do anything I asked in that timeframe, so after he had improved the responsiveness of my computer, he helped me connect my wireless printer too and change my password. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Took over my computer and fixed my software problems. Fine job and when I had questions afterwards they promptly responded and performed the necessary tasks. Very professional.

Description of Work: I had a virus on my computer - Spencer called at the scheduled time but my phone line would not accept his call so he sent me an email with instructions on getting in touch with him. He was very professional and patient. He explained the procedure as he worked. He downloaded a virus protection for me and suggested that I download windows 8.1.

Description of Work: We purchased the coupon for over-the-phone technical support. The company did get back to us promptly to schedule the computer session. She promised they could accomodate our busy schedules. | |One of us promised to be home by 1PM for the appointment. However, the tech called at 8:45 to remind us of the 9AM appointment - which was not possible due to work commitments. So the first date was pushed back to a second date. | |Exactly the same thing happened the second time. So one of us missed a half day of work, in order to get the work done. | |The work was fine, and effective. We'll use them again, but only if one of us has the whole day off, and no where to go - until the computer has been dealt with. When they say you can choose your time of service, they don't really mean it.

Description of Work: Donna worked on my computer she is a very pleasant woman that knows what she's doing. I don't recall what the date was or the price. If I need help in the future I will call this company again.

Description of Work: They made a gallant effort, thus my high rating. The computer we were working with was so slow (Reason for the purchase) that it would not do what was needed for the supplier to do his job. So, I can't comment on the outcome, but they did try twice to make it work, but the computer did not co operate.

Description of Work: We had several different problems with our computer. The person who worked with us, Donna, was wonderful - professional and thorough. Based on our experience, they will be our first choice of service if we have any computer problems in the future.

Description of Work: I called because I was concerned that I needed a 'tune-up' on my home CPU server, being the oldest computer in the house (we have 2 other laptops that we use elsewhere wirelessly). The technician walked me through figuring out what OS the CPU server had. Once it was discovered that the OS was Windows XP the technician told me to hang on to the service coupon and use it some other time. It was mid-March when I called and he told me that Windows XP would not be supported after April 1, so it would be better to just replace the old CPU server and use my 'tune up' coupon another time. I bought a new CPU tower shortly thereafter in the first week of April. The coupon has now lapsed. And I haven't set up the new computer yet.

Description of Work: I was called on time, and the tech remotely cleaned up my computer. I didn't even have to stay on the phone with the tech. The service went well and was very timely. My only complaint was that my computer is still coming up with a split screen when accessing different sites (sometimes) which says "this page is not available" yet some of the page can be seen. Not sure why and the tech wasn't either. Streaming is better now.
