Description of Work: The representative first explained what she was going to do. Then she took over my PC remotely "cleaned" it, checked the settings, etc. Once she was done, she provided me with her contact details in case there were any issues.

We are sorry that this customer feels we have failed her. We ask all of our customers to please call us if they continue to experience any issues. We show no record of them calling us back as requested. According to our report of the cleanup, we found no Rootkit viruses, but 215 other infected files. We check all the setting on the computer to ensure the best performance. The complaint she had was Slow to respond on the internet. We did notice the slow internet connection. This is out of our control to fix. She would have to contact her internet service provider. We can walk her thru power cycling her modem and router to see if that helps. As we ask all of our customers, Please call us if you have any questions or any problems. The customer failed to do that and instead left us a bad review.

Description of Work: They went above and beyond. Making it clear that my hardware and operating system would not support the latest software updates needed, suggesting I may want to consider new laptop. I was concerned about backing up all my data to transfer to a new laptop, and the person was kind enough to take extra time to allow me to find if I had an external drive and then she demonstrated how to back eveything up by doing it for me the first time. She spent at least 6-7 hours working on my computer (avg. time they work on your computer is 4-5 hrs.)
