Description of Work: I had multiple viruses on my laptop computer, which I thought had all been cleared up by tech. people at Staples, where I paid about $200 for a "cleaning" which took 2 full days. Yet I still couldn't get any printers to work with my computer. It turned out I still had serious problems, which ATR fixed in 90 minutes for about $80. Four weeks later, my computer is still working beautifully. I would definitely recommend using ATR.

ATR undertook a full diagnostic process that lasted approximately three hours and remedied what interfered with my computer's performance.
