Ridiculous review left by this member. They had a cleanup on 2/07/2011 ... almost 4 years ago! She sent me an email saying "On Feb 7, you "cleaned up" my computer, and I notice a big difference." We suggest a cleanup almost every year if you use your machine everyday. She hasn't called us back since. Our cleanup procedure was expanded 2 years ago and it get's better every year because we adapt it to deal with new problems and infections. We have 1200 reviews on Angie's List. Please read some more and hopefully you'll find that we work VERY hard to make our clients happy.

Description of Work: DeBug & clean up hard drive on an infected laptop. After a couple of miscommunications (mainly mine) getting started, I had to send the unit back to them to allow them to really get the mess I had then created undone. However, within a very short period of time, I got my unit back in pristine condition with all the problems (including over 4500 files infected with mal-ware de-bugged). I was amazed how thorough the work, and the resulting report were handled. So much so , that my family has made plans to send all of our personal computers (totaling 6 desk-top, lap-top, smart phones, & tablets) to them annually for a yearly clean up. I can't give any higher review than that.

Description of Work: It was OK but the long distance nature of the service was a detriment. |Had to call Yahoo and hold for 2.5 hours after because they don't handle email issues. Would not have used them if I had known that. That said, they were professional, punctual and within their scope of work seemed competent.
