When I talked to them I found out heir service was online and told them I didn't think that would work for me. I am still relatively confused by some computer work and like to be able to communicate directly with a computer service. That way if I can't define the problem and they check out my computer they can make an appraisal. Also they can make some suggestions about things I might need and those I might not. So asked for a refund on that particular service.

Service was performed very promptly. Computer ran faster, but still had problems with losing the internet connection at times.

FIRST AND FOREMOST THEY SPOKE SO I COULD UNDERSTAND THEM VERBALLY AND TECHNICALLY. BOTH THE GENTLEMAN WHO SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AND THE TECH WHO OERFORMED THE TUNE UP AND CHECKED FOR MALWARE AND VIRSUSES WERE PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT AND KIND, DONNA VOGLER THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY CHECKED MY COMPUTER EXPLAINED WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO DO, HOW AND WHAT TO DO IF AT ANYTIME I HAD QUESTIONS. A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND PURCHASE!

THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!!! My experiences with Donna at Alexander's Technical Resources is probably the only online technical help I've ever had that I can fully recommend. All my computer issues were resolved and I was given great advice as to how to avoid problems in the future. I had finally found a real professional and I will never use any other technical service provider in the future. I give them the highest marks for expertise, efficiency, cost and overall competency. Donna is a wonderful person to work with. I never felt that I was left out of the loop and even better for me, she made me feel like I wasn't as dumb regarding computers as I really am. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE! ALEXANDER'S IS THE VERY BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!

The technical consultant was very helpful. While we waited for the scan to finish running he gave me information on how to help prevent my machine from overheating because that was also a problem I was having at the time. He told me about a free tool I could use to help keep my machine running cleanly. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. He also told me to get in touch with him if I had any questions. I would recommend this company/service to anyone who needs help with their laptop.

Donna Vogler was great. She was professional yet friendly and easy to talk with. She eplained everything that she would do. She was respectful.

Thomas, ANSWERED MY CALL, AND IMMEDIATELY SUGGESTED A NUMBER OF ITEMS I COULD TRY TO FIX THE ISSUE MYSELF. AFTER I TOLD HIM I HAD TRIED THOSE ITEMS AND STILL COULD NOT GET THE PC TO WORK PROPERLY, HE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ENBLING HIM TO GAIN REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. . HE DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I WILL DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Donna spent half a day working remotely on my slow computer. She cleaned out a lot of junk, got rid of useless programs and resolved a number of issues I was having. However, it still had some issues and I suspect the next step would be to reformat the hard drive. Given that it was six years old I decided it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Alexander Technical Services was professional throughout and I would certainly trust them to work on my computer in the future.

The gentlemen who worked with me was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Gave me more time than the deal was for but most importantly talked to me like an adult and wasn't demeaning in any way becasue I am not the most computer literate person in the world.

They were suppose help me clean a laptop computer that was performing slowly. Unfortunately they did a lot of damage to it and it stopped working, it took weeks. The woman was very nice but we had to get her boss involved and she kept saying her boss is going to kill her. Ultimately it is not at 100% but it is at 90% but I can work with it. The price was OK but the value was bad.

Was contacted by provider via telephone. Remote services were performed on my computer. Computer is still crashing periodically, and now cannot use trackpad on the computer as well. They never responded after the initial service call to fix the problem.

The tech was superb and put clean up tools on my computer that I am still using. It has save me from future malware and bug attacks on my computer. The tech was very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with issues on their computer or to prevent problems. Thank you

The person who helped me was Donna. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, made the whole thing very easy. She was able to access my computer over the internet and fix everything. She explained a few things and then just went to work. I was able to do other things around the house while she worked. It was very easy and effective.

She gave me good advice but they couldn’t treat my computer. They were wonderful. I would use them again on another computer. They were very honest.

My computer was so jacked up I could not even get it connected to the internet so they were unable to connect remotely. They agreed to a refund even though it was a problem on my end (not theirs).

Alexander Technical Resources were prompt and courteous and cleanup my computer system which definitely speeded up start time

I wrote an earlier review regarding the service, which I was extremely unhappy with. I received a rebuttal from the provider, who was argumentative from the very beginning, and I have been arguing with him via email ever since. I, myself, work in sales for a large global provider, and you just don't treat customers the way this guy does, quoting his notes, telling me, in bold letters, "YOU ONLY HEAR WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR!" referring to me as a "nasty person", and then topping it off by threating to call his lawyers if I send him another email. I wouldn't let this guy walk my dog...he'd probably start an argument with it.

I called the company thinking that I wouldn't receive a return call until Wednesday. However, on speaking to Donna, she informed me she could work on my computer immediately (that Monday morning). I was so happy because I use this computer for work from home. Donna explained what needed to be done and took over. She spoke to me with respect, unlike what I've experienced with IT people in the past, who seem to talk down to those who don't know the first thing about the inner workings of a computer. She took care of my computer and I am eternally grateful. I would definite recommend Atlanta Technical Resources to others. I had taken this same computer to Office Depot in the past and was charged almost twice what this company charged me. Not only did I have to leave my computer with Office Depot, it took them several days to get my computer back to me. Atlanta Technical Resources fixed my computer remotely (removing viruses and malware) and charged a fair and reasonable price. I cannot thank Donna and the company enough!
