Description of Work: My computer was unusable due to malware, spyware and viruses despite having Norton antivirus installed and active. They were able to clean up my computer and make it completely usable now. It took quite a while because of glitches in my wireless settings but Spencer was patient and continued to persevere. If I ever have any issues I will call him.

Description of Work: This was totally painless! Donna called, we got her access to my computer, I walked away for 3.5 hours, Donna called me when she was done. Donna even recommended a program for FREE to catch malware. I was very impressed with the services, would you them again, and highly recommend ATR. Thanks!

Description of Work: I was contacted by Donna, technician from Alexander Technical Resources, she was very friendly and helpful. My computer was badly affected and we had a difficult time accessing it. We were finally able to access my computer and Donna worked her magic in about 3 hours, my computer works so much faster and the problems I was having were taken care of. I would definitely use their service again.

Description of Work: They spent one hour cleaning up my lap top and installed a new virus protection program. The laptop works faster however, in reading their ad in Angie's List it stated it would take about 2-3 hours. $100 an hour I think is very pricey.

Description of Work: ATR provided outstanding service and support. My business computer was infected with a very persistent piece of malware and was rendered useless. Although I have a service contract with another company; they told me they couldn't get to me for a WEEK. Moreover, they'd tried to fix the problem remotely 3 times and only made things worse. I called ATR on a Sunday at 10am and they started working at noon the same day. They had my computer cleaned and tuned within 4 hours!!! I'm cancelling my other support contract immediately - they clearly don't know what they are doing.

Description of Work: Our home network was out of whack. I'd bought a new router and several other devices and things weren't set up right. Spencer was friendly and professional and got the job done. It was rather complicated, but it all seems to be working fine. I like these guys and will call them should I have a future need. Geek Squad quoted me twice as much to do the same job.

Description of Work: The person explored his system for 30 -45 minutes and tried three different systems he could use. Said my computer was too old. He said he would indicate my $99 payment for 12 months so I could call them if I got a more updated computer system. If they were unable to serve me he should have cancelled my $99 payment.

Description of Work: Technician was super helpful and pleasant and really helped my PC run more efficiently. Incredible that he was able to do that from afar without sitting at my desk!

Description of Work: I used Alexander Technical on two occasions. One of the two computers was immensely slow, start-time was 5+ minutes and it needed more memory.The other laptop needed regular tune-up. Alexander came to my home to pick up the computers(which was essential to me, because i don't have a car) and had them back and running in a few days. I would definitely use the provider again,he is most professional and the cost is resonable.
