We are sorry that this client feels this way about our service. This service was back in November of 2014, and in looking back to our paperwork, we see where we did get connected to the customer’s computer at least one time. The original complaints were too many processes running, Shuts down on own, short cut problems, and sound issues. The computer was a VISTA machine that was 5 yo or more. After doing the initial connection to the computer and looking at some things, we got disconnected, we don’t exactly remember if the computer shutdown or just disconnected from the internet, but I do remember trying several things to get back connected with her and the computer would not stay connected. This could have been caused by a power supply issues, motherboard issues, or even internet issue, which are all hardware problems that we cannot fix remotely. On our coupon, we state that you have to have internet access and we have to be able to get connected to you. We strive to give the best customer and Computer services that are possible. Some customers are never happy with anything we do, especially if there are issues, or if we cannot help them. When we see that for some reason we would not be able to help the person, for whatever reason, we let them know their options with the coupon they purchased. Our coupon is good for 1 year from the date of purchase for a cleanup, on that same computer, another computer, or can use the coupon price toward our regular hourly price for setting up a new computer. Even buying a new computer does not mean that 6 months down the road, you won’t wind up infected. Nothing is guaranteed when the human factor is involved, one click on the wrong thing and it’s done. We ask our future and present customers to look back over all the other reviews before making a snap decision to not call our company. Thank you.
