We are sorry the member feels we were slow to respond. Our records show that we sent an email to the member via Angie's List message center within one hour of his purchase. Our records also show that we had an appointment with the member just 1 day after his purchase. We think that is a great response time. We are not sure what the member was actually expecting as our response times are 3 times faster, on average, than our competitors response times. We show that we completed a cleanup on the members machine for the super low price of just $99. We explained to the member that our cleanup, while intense and depth defying, cannot solve every issue with a computer. If his machine is still freezing up and shutting down, it's likely that the member has hardware issues and those cannot be solved remotely.

We apologize to the member for feeling like they had to leave us a negative review. Our records show that the member purchased a computer cleanup and we set the first appointment for 7/11/2014. At the time of the appointment, the members computer would not stay powered on. It just kept shutting off. Unfortunately, we cannot work on the machine remotely if it won't stay on. Our records show that we gave the member a couple of things they could try on their end to solve the shutting problem and rescheduled the appointment for 7/22/2014. No other notes exist in the second appointment so I believe that we may have completed the task. If you are the member who left his review, we invite you to reach out to us at 877-349-4830. Well we are sorry the member has left us a negative grade. Even though she has not stated any information as to why, we think we may know. Our records show the member made an appointment with us for 5/13/2014 between 10 - 10:30am central time (Texas time). Our notes state that we called 3 times during that appointment time and did not get an answer. We show that we left two messages for the member asking her to call us back. We NEVER received a call back from the member. If your are the member reading this, please call us at 877-349-4830 during normal business hours and we will be happy to reschedule the appointment with you and do everything we can to earn a positive grade from you. Description of Work: My 5 year old Dell Laptop was getting slow and I'm not a tech guru so I hired them to see if they could make my computer respond a little faster. I can't tell you exactly what they did but my computer was a little quicker for about a week and now it is just as slow. I can't say that this is because of them or it's just my computer. I know my internet speed is great. |I will say they were very professional, polite and easy to communicate with.

Description of Work: Initially we were not able to connect because we could not access the internet for a remote look.
