Description of Work: We set up appointment, they called at the right time, they said they could not fix the computer, they were on the phone for about 7/8 minutes and said they wouldn't charge us for the $59.00.

The member purchased a special through Angie's List. The purchase required that the computer boot up and connect to the internet. The members computer was not connected to the internet and we could not help them with out a connection. The notes say that Donna suggested the member get a refund.

Description of Work: They advertized to clean up my computer. I did not realize that it was a remote service. The process took a real long time so i was not able to monitor it. Some programs were removed like my scanner software which i did not want removed. In my opinion, my computer has not performed any better than before.

Description of Work: My computer was full of viruses and malware problems. They deleted all the infected programs I had downloaded and cleaned it up. I know I am not describing it correctly, I am the village idiot when it comes to computers but now it works great and it is a lot faster. I would definitely use them again.
