Description of Work: My laptop wasn't communicating with the wireless printer. I wasn't able to fix it myself. The provider corrected the problem and did some clean up of items that were no longer useful or potentially harbored malware. I was very pleased with the result. I would certainly use them again!

Description of Work: I had a problem with the oven in my tenants unit heating up and locking - with food inside! He quickly found the problem and new they needed a new door lock. We did end up ordering the wrong door lock but it was easily and quickly exchanged. Tyler Z was the technician.
